Perfect stay

Truly a lovely experience despite the reason for my travel( family funeral ) great location, clean, wonderfully responsive owner. Just right! Way cheaper than hotel and more privacy!

Downtown Fredericksburg

The location of this property is exceptional for walking into town. Fredericksburg is a delight. Scott was excellent with communication and responsive.

Great Location & Comfortable

Nice 1 bedroom apartment that is conveniently located right downtown. Great parking, extra space in a common foyer (with 2nd refrigerator). Well equipped, the living area is spacious, the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom a tad small, but perfectly fine for a short stay.

Our host was extremely accommodating when his prior guest over stayed. He put us in a hotel with adjoining room for the kids.

Great location in Fredericksburg

Lovely place to visit this charming town and travel to Washington DC, although he warned the traffic to our Capitol is horrid. Cafe Alpine Is next door and we loved their goulash soup so much we ordered more to go. Great communication! Thank you so much!

okay stay.

expected train noise but not the traffic noise. you need some type of lighting at bottom area of outside stairs. water pressure leaves a lot to desire as does hot water.

Why it was just ok

Poor communication. The place was kind of dingy. Three worn out towels for two people for three days. Had to go buy toilet paper. No light in fridge. No instructions how to access cable tv ( we texted but got no answer. Had to text the day we arrived; because we received no checkinin instructions.

Great location but very basic accommodation

We loved the location for access to the VRE. The place lacked some amenities that we have been accustomed to with VRBO. The air conditioning didn’t work. It did get fixed but our first night was pretty uncomfortable. There were minimal kitchen utensils, no kitchen towels and not enough towels for us for a week. I used my beach towel I brought. It was also extremely loud at all hours of the night between the train and the cars.

Had a nice stay

Scott was a great host to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable and clean. Location worked for the events we had planned.

I love trains and my husband rode the VRE to DC for a number of years so it was very fun to be at Lafayette Station! The apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay although I missed my King size bed. Loved the gas range😊

Great place

We stayed for 3 nights and totally enjoyed the area. It was very walkable for hubby and I and took a drive over to Chatham House across the river. We loved Fredericksburg and all the history it holds. Scott was super easy to work with and very responsive. The apartment was clean overall but can use an updating. Thin towels, curtains, tippy drawer with the flatware, and some dirty dishes and flatware (really on the past renters are accountable) but it falls to the cleaner at this point. I owned a cleaning business so probably a tougher judge on this aspect of the rental. You are near the train station, so we had our earplugs, and it wasn't a problem for us. Off street parking was nice and the apartment was large and easy to get to.

Nice Place

Though the apartment was at the corner of the street and next to the railroad, it was quiet at night and throughout the weekend. The place was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Scott was easy to reach, responsive and attentive to our needs. Places to eat and see were walking distance. Would stay again!

Great location, very comfortable

We had a good visit with our son, the apartment was walking distance to lots of great shops in downtown Fredericksburg. Everything we needed was available and the location was clean and cozy. Scott reached out and gave us his contact info in the event we needed anything.

Great Location

My husband, twin 18 month old daughters, 6 year old son and I stayed for 3 nights for a wedding we were in town to attend. We are from Michigan. The location was great and we could walk everywhere. The house was perfect for us - giving us more room than a hotel room. Scott was very responsive and helped to get us checked in early. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Being close to restaurants and historic locations in Fredericksburg was great!

Fantastic condo in Fredricksburg!!

Close to all the sites, shops, and restaurants in downtown Fredericksburg. Close driving distance to all Battlefields, historic homes, and activities. The owner, Scott, is fantastic!!! Very helpful, checks in on you, always returns your calls or text. Knows the area very well, is glad to help with anything you want. The condo was so clean and sanitized. Pets were allowed at this particular property, plenty of room for our dog, and plenty of walking and “potty” areas close to the property. Would HIGHLY recommend this property and this owner!
