Welcome to a true Downtown Fredericksburg Condo. We are located directly across the street from VRE and Amtrak. This condo offers a common area tile lobby with high top table and full size washer/dryer. This is a completely private 2 bedroom Condo, vaulted ceilings, new carpet and in a great location. Private off-street parking. Walk to restaurants or shops in historic Fredericksburg within eyesight of your balcony. Your living area has Skylights, a master bedroom bath, fireplace, dining table, desk, Internet , smart TV, cable and Netflix. This is a great base for all of your work, play or sightseeing.

Your condo will come furnished with all the necessitates. Coffee makers, dishes, cooking utensils, iron, change of sheets , free WiFi and more. If you have special requests please let us know.

Traveling by Train, you can walk to your condo from the train station. Walk to antique shops, coffee houses, as well as numerous restaurants and nightlife. Don't forget to try the weekend breakfast buffet across the street. Enjoy the biking or walking trail that encompasses downtown or the several parks on the historic Rappahannock River.

Location location location!! Walkable to great restaurants and shopping. Considerate Host. Keurig coffee maker. Really enjoyed touring and dining in old town Fredericksburg!

Host was responsive and helpful. The train passing through at night was a little loud, but aside from that it's a great location with easy access to fun little stores and coffee shops.

Xmas Getaway

This property was a great getaway for us while we were in Fredericksburg visiting family for Xmas. We are also train lovers so the train station view from the unit was a bonus for us.

Wonderful place, all around.

The property and the town it's placed in are absolutely wonderful!! My family and I submerged ourselves in the history of town and surrounding areas. Just a short drive to DC and Richmond as well.

Great Place to Stay

We loved this 2-bedroom apartment. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location made it easy to walk everywhere in oldtown Fredericksburg, and a very short drive from everything else in the city. We highly recommend this VRBO for a couple or a family of 4-5 (sofa bed in the living room).

The property lacked extra pillows and blankets for the pullout bed. The check in code was incorrect at first. The neighborhood was nice; the property is near the train so be mindful that you will hear it often.

Birthday Surprise

My daughter and I traveled from Tennessee to surprise my sister for her birthday, and it was a wonderful success. We had a ball with family and everything was awesome. I cooked a Tn. Meal for her BBQ Smoked turkey ribs and all the fixings.

Research in Washington, DC

We needed a place to stay near to a train station and fairly close to Washington DC for research at the National Archives. This location met our needs very well. Parking was right out front. The owner was easily accessible and responsive when we needed help. Yes, it is close to the train station and a busy intersection, but there are earplugs available. For us, the noise was a small trade off for the convenience and comfort of the location. We would be happy to stay here again.

Downtown Vaca

We did have a small,glitch getting in …..instructions said code was!?!? And it was actually ?!?! But we figured it out before we had to call, it was a little warm in condo one night but, Virginia was having a “heat wave”. Had a couple questions which were answered promptly. Condo was all it said it was and more! Great location!

Christmas Trip

Property was clean, however furnishings were dated. Very confusing exterior and interior door entry. When you arrive after dark its very difficult to see what you have to do to gain entry. Interior door didn't seem to be that secure. Its across the street from the train station which is clearly stated in the ad but the noise at all hours of the night is a bit overwhelming. Ear plugs were provided but some folks find it hard to sleep with ear plugs. Location was excellent for local restaurants and coffee shop.

Fredericksburg Getaway

Staying in Fredericksburg is always delightful. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was great to walk downtown. The noise from the trains was a bit of a problem. Also the condo lacked any dishwashing (either for the dishwasher or by hand) so we had to purchase some. It would have been nice to have some kind of wrap for foods too. Dishes and pots and pans were great. The elastic in my bottom sheet was worn out so it was a bit of a struggle. I don’t mean to complain but only told you this so you can fix it. I appreciate the use of the condo very much. The electronic lock never worked.

Average accomodations

No check-in/check-out instructions. only one roll of TP for 3 people for a 2 night stay. Asked questions, but only a few were answered. I am glad I brought a bar of soap for the shower, as there was only the soap dispenser by the basin. No shampoo. No kleenix either. Not quite the home away from home. Train tracks are across the street. I liked that, but I did not know it was that close. So if you have noise issues you might take this into consideration. The major issues were addressed immediately. (IE: check-in)

Perfect

The property was exactly what was expected. Perfectly located to adorable downtown, which was in walking distance. Great shops, dining, river park! All exceptional. Was aware there was a fully operating train station directly across the st. Didn’t dampen our stay at all! Owners equipped us with ear plugs. , however, they were not needed.

Wedding Weekend

Overall the experience was wonderful. We did have a bit of an issue when we arrived concerning the check out of the previous guests. Scott was quick to respond and rectify the situation. The location of the condo was perfect for walking to local restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back for another visit!
