The simplicity of its kitchen strolls you to the relaxing terrace with ample space for entertainment or a simple romantic dinner.

These premises are located 7.9 miles away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, 1.5 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, 4.3 miles from Tempe Town Lake, 2.7 from Casino Arizona, 6.4 from OdySea Aquarium, and 6 miles from Talking Stick Resort. Scottsdale offers more than15 golf courses to choose from: Coronado Golf Course, Continental Golf Club, Spinners on the Green Disc Golf, are within close proximity to the house.

Location, beautiful Papago Park to the West offers outdoor adventures and a stunning backdrop to trips to the Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden. Very well kept property and centrally located.

First day the water heater wasn’t working but the property manager took care of it within hours of being notified. Only thing this home doesn’t have it a pool but wasn’t needed in December!! Loved the location. The tub in the guest bathroom is very slippery so be careful.

Exactly what we needed!

Centrally located in a nice neighborhood (we had Halloween trick or treaters!) super comfy beds, nice fire pit, plenty of room, responsive host (a battery started chirping and he came that day to change it). The bathrooms were good but the shower in the 2nd was super slippery. My only real suggestion is to remove the hazards at the entrance to the driveway…. I kept trying to back into them!
