We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Host was great with very timely responses. The updates are really well done in kitchen and baths, and lay out great. It met all of needs, and close to everything in Old Town.

Matthew was great to work with. His place is amazing. It was clean, well stocked, beds were super comfortable, safe area, close to Old Town, and perfect for vacation. This is by far the best place we have ever rented and we will be back!!!! Absolutely worth checking out if you're looking for a rental in Scottsdale!

Everything about this stay was exemplary. Matthew stayed in communication, offered help easily when needed. Plus, there were so many little extras in the unit. We will definitely book again with Matthew. Oh, I forgot, the location was perfect for our family with diverse ages and interests.

A great place to stay. It was the ideal spot for our family Thanksgiving gathering with our sons in the Phoenix area. The house was very well-equipped, and the kitchen's coffee corner was a highly welcoming feature. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quiet surroundings guaranteed perfect nights of sleep. We appreciated how clean the property was, especially the beautiful, pristine bathrooms.

We really appreciated all the extras, K-cup coffee, salt & pepper, laundry soap, fabric softener, ice maker, lots of towels, working gas grill, with lo gas, nice comfy couches and beds, also the area of the townhouse. The hot tub was a very nice addition as well, we didn’t use the pool, but that was nice to have as well. We highly recommend this townhouse if your visiting Old Town Scottsdale area.

Old Town Winner

Our top priority was being near Arcadia for a wedding & this condo felt like a "real find". Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, fully stocked, updated throughout...it hits all of the sought after requirements and right next to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

Short stay with our 4 legged friend

This property is as advertised. The host is responsive and very professional. The property has alot of little extras you dont expect to find but love to have. The location is an easy walk to Giants stadium, lots of great restaurants and Old Town. There is plenty of green space for dogs. Although it faces a major road it is quit quiet for sleeping. I would recommend and rent again.

Phenomenal property

Our family of 4 with two teen boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Matthew’s townhouse was clean, well located and exceptionally well appointed. Prior to arrival, all check in details including location, amenities, parking and access to the home were very well delineated. Once inside, instructions were clearly available for WiFi, temperature control, TVs, fans, lighting and the outdoor jacuzzi spa. Home was quiet and everyone was comfortable with plenty of space to spend time together or separately both inside and on the outdoor patio. Highly recommend!

I had the opportunity to book this property for three weeks. The property is located in a perfect location just outside of Olof Town Scottsdale. The property is exactly as pictured. It is a very well kept and updated with three full bathrooms that are completely renovated. The host goes above and beyond for your stay, including coffee, games, Snacks. Matthew was extremely communicative. The check in process was quick and easy. The community is very quiet and dog friendly. The unit has a private patio with a hot tub. There’s a large community pool. You can tell Matthew takes pride and his property. It shows throughout every small detail. I would highly recommend booking this property whether you were small group of two or a larger group of eight.
