Please note that this room doesn't have a window, offering a cozy atmosphere perfect for restful nights.

We understand the importance of staying connected, even when you're away from home. That's why we provide high-speed WiFi access, ensuring that you can effortlessly keep in touch with loved ones or stream your favorite shows during your stay. In addition, we've taken care to equip our retreat with all the essential amenities you would find in your own home, so you can focus on creating wonderful memories without a worry.

House Rules:

- Generally, parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Small gatherings during the daytime are acceptable when done with care. Anything beyond that needs prior written approval. It may be possible to obtain permission to host a party; contact us to learn more.

- Only the number of guests in the booking are allowed to stay overnight in the house. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.

- Our neighborhood is a residential street with lovely neighbors and we respectfully require that quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 8am.

- Please no shoes inside the house as this keeps our floors looking nicer for longer.

- We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property, including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances; breaking this rule will incur a $250/day fine.

- If you're bringing a pet, please disclose at the time of booking. There is a $25/day pet fee for each pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed at one time.

- Pets are not allowed on the furniture

- Pets are never to be left inside the property unattended.

- Pets are not use any of the kitchenware (plates, bowls, cups, etc…)

- Please clean up after your pet. We will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required and the security deposit will be charged for any damages.

- If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $50. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.

- If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

- We may employ video surveillance in public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. This property may also use Noiseware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

- Video surveillance by motion detection installed at the main entry, driveway, patio, and backyard for your security.

- If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately.

- Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

- When you make a reservation with us, you are agreeing to all of the above House Rules.
