Great area close to everything in Seattle. Vince is a great host. The property is in great shape and very comfortable. We would stay again.

Property was located immediately adjacent to a very busy highway. Despite the availability of on-site parking, I was told to park on the street. Vince was very organized, but when questioned about the parking, he was dismissive.

The place worked well for what we needed however the listing did not mention there was another unit downstairs and that the laundry was shared. I was there on business so it wasn’t really a problem for us but it could be for other people. Location was great.

It’s a convenient location, but that does mean that there is a lot of road noise. Bathroom was a little challenging, claw foot tubs, while pretty, are a little inconvenient and I left most of my products in the kitchen for convenience. I found the WiFi sluggish but tolerable. Overall, enjoyed the location, communication was good and would consider staying again.

Great little house to stay at if you don't mind the 99 noise. My wife and I are use to background noise like that. The location is what sells it. Easy to get to anywhere in the North Seattle area, and taking the dogs on a walk around the neighborhood that's full of charm. The house has a great sized kitchen and bathroom and a comfy couch in the living room. The bed was nothing special but it was very clean.We didn't use the filtered water because we noticed it needed to be cleaned. Other than that, it was a good experience

This property worked perfectly for our family with a small infant and two small dogs. The place has some character but is very clean and is in a great neighbourhood that felt much safer than others closer to downtown Seattle. The unit gets a little warm when it’s hot out but two large fans are provided which helped a ton. Comfortable, cozy, convenient, and Vince is an organized host, so much so that we didn’t need to contact him at all. Overall, as a party with very specific needs, this was a great option for our family. Highly recommend if you are traveling with young ones or small dogs.

The cottage is cute and has potential, but needs basic maintenance and care to be a pleasant stay. So many things you expect to work required troubleshooting and repair which put a damper on our vacation. It backs up to a busy street, the noise from which is definitely audible but the traffic died down in the evening. We were surprised that there is a basement apartment and when we ran out of hot water wondered if it was a shared water heater. The welcome page says basics like olive oil and coffee are provided but neither were.Lots of broken items: coffee press (missing piece), coffee maker (won't finish), 2 small brass lamps (switches broken), heaters (barely functioning and one w/ exposed wires and pieces falling off), toilet seat, handle on the cold tap (paddle broken off leaving sharp edges), kitchen exhaust (pieces dangling), light fixtures (burnt bulbs, missing cover), bathroom cabinet (looks like a bulk trash find that was rained on), tub drains slowly (15 minutes after a brief shower), the door screen, every pot handle is loose (had to tighten one so the handle wouldn't fall off). So much of this is trivial, but the inconvenience adds up and the cottage just feels uncared for when it could so easily be a five star experience. Lastly, the extreme measures required to confirm the booking felt excessive. I had to upload a photo of my driver’s license, credit card, AND take a live selfie twice - once when confirming the booking and again for the deposit hold

The location was super convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. It had everything I needed and was very cozy. While it was close to the freeway, you could barely notice it while inside. I would definitely recommend this home for someone who wanted to get a feel for life in Seattle!

Great little place in a very nice neighborhood

We had a very nice stay at this little cottage - it's in a great location nearby Green lake, with nice walking and restaurants/coffee shops nearby. Cottage itself is very nicely setup and is very comfortable - we had a great stay - highly recommend

The house was so cute!! It was well taken care of and very clean. It was chilly, but we turned on the heaters and it didn’t take long to get warm and cozy.

Clean but noisy due to back bedroom windows open to highway. The shower was difficult to operate due to my short height and arthritic hands. There should be a plastic mat inside the tub for safety. One can easily slip. I asked for late checkout early and told that cleaners were going to clean at 10 am. Stayed parked in front of cottage till 11:40 and no cleaners showed up to clean. The front yard very unkept. Should have the lawn mowed to look upkept.

Lovely little, clean, pet friendly apt right by Green Lake. Wonderful launch pad for a Seattle getaway. Will certainly stay there again.

Perfect dog friendly vacation

Charming one bedroom unit walking distance from a huge park and a delicious coffee shop. I drove my two golden retrievers to visit friends in the area and this was the perfect home base for our stay.Easy instructions to access the property and a great local guide was provided when I checked in for details about close points of interest
