Perfect for a quick weekend getaway!

Easter in Knoxville

Our family came and enjoyed our daughters last Easter at UT. House was perfect for our stay and the extra snacks made it perfect. Enjoyed a couple walks in the cute neighborhood where everyone was friendly. Would definitely stay again!!

Thoughtful Owner!

The property was nice and clean! The owner was very thoughtful in making sure we had everything during our stay - including drinks and food in the fridge. We were pleased with our stay!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

Wonderful Stay at Thanksgiving!

We had a great stay with our adult children and significant others. The home is decorated beautifully with mid-century modern furnishings and recently remodeled kitchen and baths. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and near a great running/walking park. Very thoughtful and communicative host. Highly recommend.

Game day weekend

Great house in a great location. Nice neighborhood right off Kingston Pike. Really cool mid century modern interior. No issues with the booking or the condition of the home.

Our stay at Hemlock Home was lovely! The home is clean, comfy, and very accommodating! The Host was very responsive. There were several nice touches that added to the home. We loved the plants!!

Classic, newly updated 3Bd, 2 Bath

Beautifully updated and well furnished, 3 bedroom, 2 bath property in a great location. Clean and very comfortable. Close and free of traffic to get to campus even on game day. Great for a weekend getaway, game day, or to come in town to check on your student.

UTK Graduation weekend

Great host! The house and neighborhood was beautiful and very comfortable. The host welcomed us with a sweet graduation sign on the fridge and goodies inside the fridge. We will definitely be back!

Unique property in great location

The home was exactly as described and then some! It is well cared for, very clean and thoughtfully decorated. We enjoyed the screened in porch, well appointed kitchen and comfy sectional. The homes location is situated close to great shopping and downtown. Jackson was quick to respond, very helpful and an excellent host! We cannot wait to book again!

Family Reunion

Hemlock House is an absolute GEM!! From location, decor, cleanliness and coziness it was perfect for our needs. Perfect place!

Jackson’s property is PERFECT! Close to downtown and the airport. Extremely clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Lovely screened in porch and lots of backyard. Jackson provides everything you could need- snacks, coffee, plentiful clean towels. The bathrooms were spa-quality and living rooms cozy. Stop looking and book this!

Great house in nice neighborhood

Beautiful house

This property was great! The house is beautiful and was very clean. The hosts really thought of everything you could need. We arrived late and it was nice to come to a well lit place so we could see coming in. Would definitely recommend and would stay in the future! Thanks again! Gorgeous house in great location!

We loved staying at your house! It is so cute and the plants are amazing! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for everything, including the snacks and drinks. Good times in Knoxville

The entire experience was so pleasant and exactly as planned. Compliments to our host for providing grocery items and a wonderful home for our trip to Knoxville and the University of Tennessee. The decor was excellent and the condition of the home was fab. We will return on future visits to our son during his college days. Truly one of best rentals! Thanks so much.

Eagles concert trip

My stay there was amazing. Super clean and the host was more than we could ask for. We were blown away by his thoughtfulness and his communications. The house was close to everything including the arena, cozy, had everything you would ever need, and just felt like a home away from home. Hemlock House

I've been renting from VRBO for 10 years, and this was by far by best experience. Jackson was very attentive and accommodating. He even welcomed us with snacks. The cottage was perfect. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. We traveled to Knoxville for a concert at the Civic Auditorium. It only took 10 minutes to get downtown. There are several restaurants close to the house. It was the perfect weekend.
