Located in the heart of West Knoxville, only 15 minutes from Neyland Stadium and McGhee Tyson airport, this 1,600 square foot detached guest cottage is situated on 6.6 wooded acres in a private neighborhood.

Constructed in 2017, our guest cottage has everything you need for a comfortable weekend stay:

- Bedroom # 1 - queen bed
- Bedroom # 2 - two (2) twin beds
- Air mattress available upon request
