Welcome to Kaanapali Royal’s H-102 vacation rental. Completely remodeled in June 2019. 2 bed 2 bath condo with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a twin sleeper in master sitting area..
Everything is brand new. The unit was remodeled from top to bottom.

Onsite amenities include an outdoor heated pool and lighted tennis and basketball courts.

Kaanapali Royal is located on the famous Kaanapali Golf Course and a short walk to Whaler’s Village and the best beaches in West Maui.

We really enjoyed our stay in Maui. The flat was minutes away from the whalers village and super nice beaches. Great communication from the host. I would recommend this place.

The location was perfect, just steps from the pool! The unit was stocked with everything you could need including all beach supplies! It was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful! The communication with the host was perfect! She was incredibly accommodating for a last minute arrival! Wonderful experience!

Very nice property. Location has one of the best access to the pool. Parking lots are very tight. General store and a couple nice restaurants 5 min walk away.

The condo was in a great location and had all of the amenitities you could need; beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, cart, kitchen supplies, linens, etc...our family had a great time and loved Maui! Thank you so much.

We had an amazing stay at Heathers condo. We have stayed at the Kaanapali Royal for years and this might be our favorite condo and host! Heather was super responsive with a minor fan issue we had and with rebooting the internet. So helpful! And the condo had everything and more than we needed. The ground floor location is amazing for getting to the pool, especially nice with little kids. We would love to stay at Heathers condo again when we come back! Would definitely recommend!

Great location, excellent accommodations

My family, with kids aged 9 to 19, stayed at this complex and everyone loved it. This unit was clean and well stocked with necessities for a great vacation. The beach, shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The free shuttle was also very convenient. Great location, we would highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay for a family in Kaanapali

Great location. Close to everything. Great access to the pool and BBQ area. Lot’s of beach chairs. (2) Umbrellas (2) Sand mats (2) Boogie boards Plenty of Beach toys Thanks Heather! :-)

Relaxing time with family in paradise.

Had a great time in Maui. Our condo was spacious and clean and had lots of great amenities. We didn’t have a view of the ocean but we were right by the pool and a short walk down the hill to Whalers Village and the beach.

Vacation in paradise!

Wonderful property close to everything. We are very familiar with the area because we come here often. Rental has everything we needed and more. Super responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Great space and location

This is our second time staying here and it won't be the last! The place is very spacious, perfect for couples or a small family. Both bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds, the kitchen is functional and nicely updated, and you're within walking distance to Whaler's Village. We highly recommend this place to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

Wonderful location on maui

Heather and Jay are awesome! We had a wonderful time at this property and it is definitely the most convenient unit on this property! The pool is a stones throw away and there’s a nice grassy area for the kids to play while you sit on the lanai and enjoy a nice cocktail. Wonderful place for families and I highly recommend this property for your stay on Maui.

Very family!

Perfect spot for my family of 5. Incredibly close to the pool and hot tub. Walking distance to whalers village and beach and close to safeway and other locations for creature comforts. Condo was also very comfortable and stylish. Loved our time there. Thank you!

Spacious bedrooms with private baths

All rooms and the patio are very large and the space works well for two couples. The decor was beautiful and the location is excellent for easy access to Whaler's village. Very quiet complex. The owner was quick to respond to a minor maintenance issue.

Amazing stay and accommodation!

This space was perfect for our family! The condo owners were amazing with sweet treats left for us upon arrival, to everything we needed in the bathroom and for the beach! Extremely easy to communicate with! We were also just right up from the pool which made really easy access! As well as a short walk to Whalers Village and black rock beach and really access to drive to anywhere!! Would love to stay here again!
