Seafront apartment, with see view, near the historic center and shops

Located in a small building of 3 floors by the sea "Les Girelles" in the area of ​​Garavan, the apartment is ideally located, just in front of the sea (there is only the road to cross to reach the beach ), and about 400 m from the historic center and shops. The train station Garavan is 10 minutes walk, ideal to reach Ventimiglia in Italy for the Friday morning market. Free parking in the street in front of the building.

The 42 m2 apartment is on the ground floor with sea view, and has a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 travelers. At the back of the apartment a small sheltered private courtyard is accessible from the kitchen (ideal for dropping beach clothes and drying clothes).

The accommodation includes all the necessary equipment for cooking and washing clothes, and also offers a WI-FI connection, television (TNT) and a telephone (free of charge only to make calls in France).

Sheets and pillowcases, end of the stay cleaning are charged an additionnal 50 euros.

Bath towels are not provided for hygiene reasons.

Children are allowed but not animals.

In the 70s style, the apartment will not be suitable for people looking for a modern and contemporary interior. However it will be perfect for people who prefer the location and proximity of the beach, the historic center and shops but have a limited budget!
