Located on Santa Rosa Sound, Baywatch offers stunning water views from every unit and is just a short walk away from the beautiful white-sand beaches of the Gulf.

Enjoy your fabulous beach vacation in the freshly decorated & furnished water-view Lovey's Sound 'n Sea condo! The outdoor covered patio is the perfect place for coffee or cocktails while you watch the dolphins and boats in the Sound. The fully equipped kitchen, peaceful bedrooms, fresh & clean bathrooms, and bright, sunny living room offer the perfect place for your family & friends to relax in comfort.

Lovey's Sound 'n Sea is 2nd floor walk-up that offers a sandy beach on the calm Sound waters, a fishing pier, a pool and a picnic area with built-in grills, and a short walk across the street is the white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

It's a quick walk to famous Peg Leg Pete's. Bike or jump on the free trolley to explore Pensacola Beach's fabulous waterfront restaurants and stores. Feeling adventurous? Rent a jet ski, parasail, paddleboard, or explore historic Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. There is something for everyone at Lovey's Sound 'n Sea.

We had everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation. Very nice beach across the street. Great spacious living room and clean, relaxing interior throughout. Loved the updated bathroom vanities and nice french door refrigerator with ice maker! Would definitely stay here again.

Breathe taking views

This property was amazing. It was very clean. Easy beach access. Within walking distance to private beach and main Pensacola beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool was amazing too. The views from the patio in the mornings watching sun rise and evening watching sunset were absolutely breath taking. Will definitely be booking again.

Quiet, cozy condo! Perfect for small family!

Booked this condo for our yearly vaca and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Condo was very clean and just enough room for 2 adults and 4 teens. Carol was super nice and communication was a breeze. Will definitely be booking again!

Wedding weekend

Stayed at this wonderful bayside condo. So glad we had the beach on bay there were red flags the whole time in gulf. We were still able to enjoy sand and water n the calmer bay. Enjoyed the ducks o. Property as well. The condo was mice and clean and spacious.

Spring Break

Nice view, affordable price. The building and property were under construction while we were there with workers starting at 7am, but with repairs needed was understandable. Nice large TV in living room would have liked one in the master bedroom. Was nice having coffee on the patio in the morning and relaxing in the evening.

Slice of heaven

The property owner was very responsive. The condo had everything we could possibly need! The decor was amazing, very beach and modern like an upscale beach vibe- definitely recommend! The location was great, right across from public beach. You could walk to the beach about a 4 minute walk to the actual beach. The duck pond and boat harbor in the back were much closer like a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction. The AC was cold, condo was clean and the pool was good too. My daughter prefers the pool over the beach but I prefer the beach so I did a lot of walking to the beach and back. We are an active family so for us it was a blessing to be able to get our steps in and enjoy the gorgeous views and beaches of Pensacola!!Oh and the view from the balcony and master bedroom were priceless!!!! Thank you Carol for making our family vacation so special!!

Absolute serenity

45 second walk to the clean pool. 1 minute walk to the private beach and about 3-4 to the gulf coast. Easily the best condo we have rented. It’s obvious that the host cares about your experience and she has great taste and attention to detail. We had zero complaints and will try again in the future to reserve the property.

Great condo in Pensacola Beach

Great condo with everything that you need for your stay and more! The condo had everything including beach toys and towels which made it so easy for our family to travel down! It was clean and decorated really cute! Carol was great to deal with and made everything very easy!! The complex is nice even though it is still recovering from the hurricanes and tropical storms over the last few years but it didn't take away from our stay! If we come back to Pensacola I would definitely look at booking again!

We enjoyed the condo after a hectic week at Disneyworld. The neighborhoid was nice and quiet. Clise to the beach and the bay. Would stay here again.

Perfect place!

My son was a groomsman for a destination wedding in Pensacola. We chose to stay near the beach, and we are so glad we did! Carol thought of everything-there were beach chairs, umbrellas , boogie boards, and beach towels available. Her place was clean, and in a great location! We especially loved the “extras” provided, like coffee and filters!

A pleasant stay

Unloading wasn't the easiest based on the distance from parking to the front door, but once in, the condo was very nice and well kept. The only other issue was figuring out the TV. I consider myself fairly adept with TV remotes and it took a long time just to watch regular cable TV. All in all though it was a very pleasant stay.

Ideal location, Ideal condo

Everything about Carol's place was wonderful! Baywatch condos are very close to Pensacola's nature preserve, which means you'll be in a quieter pocket of Pensacola Beach, and the preserve itself is wondrous: miles and miles of what feels like untouched white beaches. The condo has everything you need or want: all the amenities, tasteful decor, and a back patio that overlooks the bay. The next time we visit Pensacola, I'll definitely try to book Carol's place!

Cute Cozy, bay view

Good place for a small family. Our family of 5 five fit comfortably. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Very quiet. I did not hear any neighbors. It has a non-heated pool the kids enjoyed. A pond with ducks and turtles that were fun to watch. A nice deck around the pond. A long pier to walk on the bay and enjoy the views. There is a small beach area by the bay. The patio door to from the living needs repaired or replaced, it was hard to open. Bedroom patio door needs a new handle. The washer was really loud but it cleaned our clothes. We would start a load before we left for the day. The showers had good pressure and drained and the toilets flushed. It’s a short walk to the beach and ocean. Its also close to Fort Pickens which is a nice place to check out and also a nice beach. We have no complaints. A new patio door and maybe a washer and the place is perfect.

A great holiday weekend for the family!.

Carol was the best, she kept me informed of the incoming hurricane, and even let us know about some damage that had happened prior to our arrival. The condo was clean and comfortable and accommodated me and my family for 4. We didn't utilize everything the condo had to offer, but it is stocked for everything you need. It wasn't until the next day we noticed her little touch of a sign welcoming us. Carol's place will be the first place we will pick if we come back in that direction.

Perfect Beach Rental

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Carol's place! She's thought of everything. Good size quality beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys were greatly appreciated. Check in was easy and communication is outstanding! With temps in the high 90's, the filtered water from the fridge was great and the full size washer/dryer came in handy. The unit was very clean and everything was organized and had a place. It's an easy and safe walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again when in the area!

Blues weekend

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was decorated nicely. The only thing I would suggest is that the listing for this property let people know it is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. This wasn"t a major issue for us, but certainly could be for some people.

Wedding Weekend Stay

We came down for my daughter’s beach wedding, and couldn’t have been happier with Carol’s place! Loved the beach themed decorations and the little personal touches Carol left for us! Carol is super responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. Everything went perfect for the weekend, and Carol was a huge part of that! Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend

Super clean, cute personalized touches, great communication are my top 3 with this stay. The view was nice & the location great. The only thing I can say as a word of caution is I would not recommend running the washer at bedtime lol Even with the washer I highly recommend! I would definitely stay here again.
