****Blue Angels Air Show day is Saturday July 18, 2026. Because of traffic issues on this day, we don't allow checkout or check in on this day.

Welcome to your beautiful, FULLY FURNISHED, three level, three bedroom vacation townhouse, only steps away from the white sandy beaches! There are two pools within the complex.
(Approximately 175 ft to beach. No roads to cross. Direct beach access from within the community!)

3 adult bikes and 3 children's bikes are provided.

*******Stays of 30 days or more are negotiable
*******During June, July, and early August, a 1 week stay is required from Saturday to Saturday

Beach vacation

I took my daughters and grandchildren on a vacation to the beach. The townhouse was perfect for us! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. A repair company had to come in during our visit. He let us know ahead of time (with a reminder the morning of) The area we were in was perfect for beach days with little ones. It wasn’t crowded at all and we didn’t have to worry about not being able to keep track of where the little ones were playing in the sand. We spent one day on Panama City Beach and I was happy to head back to where our townhouse was located to avoid the crowded beaches! Definitely hoping to go back again for next years vacation!

Perfect for Families

This is a great property and we absolutely recommend. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen and dining space are perfect for family meals, but the property is close to restaurants for dining out, too. The beach is just steps away, and the property has two very nice pools. The area is safe and quiet.

Family Trip to Pensacola

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious and it was a quick walk to the beach. The complex was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all, we went the week of Memorial Day. The owner was very easy to work with and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Extremely nice property

This place has everything you would need for a family. There were toys, puzzles, games, books, pack n plays, pool and beach equipment. Property and location are both very nice, secluded and away from the busy main area but a 5 minute drive or trolley ride away. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. Would stay again.

Great Stay!

Our family really enjoyed the stay! The property was clean and a very short walk to the beach. We appreciated Thomas' hospitality. He was available to answer all questions and provided great recommendations.

Mothers Day Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation, the townhouse had everything we needed for our stay. If you have children they even have toys, books, puzzles for them to enjoy. The pool was nice , besides the ducks that seemed to want to enjoy it too. The beach was gorgeous and the short walk wasn’t too bad either. We definitely would stay again.

Wonderful time!

This is one of the nicer townhouses in the area. We had 7 adults (2 are young adults) and had plenty of room to spread out. There were plenty of supplies - extra toilet paper, lots of spices, condiments, and pots/pans. Quick 3 minute walk to beach through nicely landscaped common areas. Will definitely come back! areas. Great Place To Stay!

Thomas is an amazing owner! He communicated frequently and ensured we had a great stay! We had a great time and location is perfect. The property was well furnished/stocked w/ essentials (towels, beach toys/chairs/umbrella, kitchen pots/pans/utensils). Would highly recommend and plan to stay here again.

Great Townhouse

Location is perfect to beach, food and shopping. Two pools to enjoy in a gated quiet neighborhood…access to beach chairs and umbrella is a plus!!! Communication with owner is awesome!

Family trip

The townhouse was great, just as described. Very easy beach access. Community was. Ice, other owner/visitors were very friendly. Owner was very easy to work with!! Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place

Nice property. well situated to do beach activities. sleeping arrangements were fine although if you have a fifth adult the kids room sleeping will be kinda tight. Oven and grill could have been cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay.
