Wonderful home in a very small, quiet neighborhood! It was more than enough room for our group of seven, plus one small dog. The backyard was the perfect hangout space (equipped with plenty of lawn games), and we took advantage of the beautiful weather every evening. Eddie was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend this property if you're looking to stay in north Las Vegas.

Only drawback to the property was it was near a very busy loud street, you could hear motorcycles and cars racing late night. The property itself was great.

Place was very clean! No bad odors, fridge was sparkly, microwave didn't have icky food explosions. Backyard is as advertised and was the main reason for picking this place. I wanted an area where our two dogs would be safe and have room to run around, and not have to worry about them falling in a pool.

We have stayed at this property before and had a great experience. This time around the place did not smell good, the sheets were not washed from prior to our visit and the bedding just did not look clean in any of the rooms. We have washed all the bedding before use however, the smell of the property was still pretty stale.

Multi day stay in clean and fairly spacious house

This place is clean, and big enough. Nice garage and laundry area. Nice outdoor space. My only issues: I couldn't get many of the lights to work, and the tv's internet often went in an out so we sometimes we couldn't watch tv at night but then it would work the next day. I didn't see a binder explaining anything about the house or any check out procedures so while host was communicative, I would have preferred to be a bit more informed. Additionally, the security gate to the cul de sac was non-functional with the power box actually hanging open, so I didn't feel 100% secure.

Our stay at Eddie’s place was wonderful. Under difficult circumstances, Eddie went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our stay multiple times after my dad passed away. His kindness, flexibility, and outstanding communication meant more to us than he probably realizes. The house was spotless, easy to find, and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were simple, making an already stressful time much easier. The backyard was one of our favorite parts of the property. Our dog, Toad, absolutely loved having the space to explore, and it’s truly a fantastic place to stay if you’re traveling with dogs.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip. Thank you, Eddie, for your compassion and hospitality. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Vegas stay

The rental worked out well for our family. A nice big back yard to hang out in. My son is in a power wheelchair so most of the house worked well for him. Reasonable / affordable price for our stay.
