Absolutely spectacular

The place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Super close to the SouthPoint Casino for my bowling tournament. The Hot Tub was amazing for relaxing after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Owner had fantastic communication with us and can’t wait to utilize the property again for our next stay!!!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay in this house. The house was very nice. It was clean and comfortable. The beds and bedding were comfortable as well. Kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you could think of if you wanted to cook. They had lots of towels and extra bedding if needed. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The house was a good location and easy to get to. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future.

Everything & the Kitchen Sink

Beautiful and CLEAN!! The hot tub was a huge hit, but it was upstaged by the kitchen! EVERYTHING and I mean everything you could possibly need was available!! It was very well decorated in very warm colors. Definitely a FIVE STAR +++

Perfect spot

This is a quiet spot, convenient to everything we wanted. This is a lovely home for s family or friends. I highly recommend this if you want some soace, yet still be close to most attractions.

2523 West Richmar Avenue, Las Vegas

The property was advertised. The only suggestions I would make would be that the hedge along the wall going to the front door needs a good trimming, you had to walk in the gravel to get to the front door. Also, an upgrade to the tv package would be nice, it was liking watching tv in the 1950's, but no big deal. Being a sports fan and not being able to find any tennis, college football, etc, was a downer. Overall a nice place.

Great retreat

The house is located at a quieter part of the city so after a long day and night it is good to relax and chill. The host is so helpful and gracious. Takes care of everything expected and unexpected that might happen. And the hottub is just awesome

very roomy for a family stay

There were plenty or bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The living room and kitchen were big enough for 5 adults and a baby. there was also floor space for the baby. Everything was very clean, the outdoor space was great. lastly, I loved being able to park in the garage.

Clean & Comfortable

We were in Vegas for the National Bowling tournament at South Point, so the location was very convenient. While we didn't use any of the amenities such as the hot tub, we enjoyed our stay. The host was excellent, checked in on us a our stay progressed. Tournament won't be back for three years, but we'll see if it's available when we do return.

Vegas stay while kids bowled in tournaments

House was close to the bowling venue and other shopping and restaurants just a few miles away. House was as described and was a comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again when in town Host was great and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

central location

Nice home centrally located for whatever your plans in the las vegas area. Cecile the property manager was very attentive making sure we were comfortable .

Great house, great location

This property was great. The hot tub and ping pong table kept my kids entertained whenever we were there. They loved having a TV in their room. Kitchen was well appointed. Furniture, especially the living room couch, were very worn but it served its purpose! The location was amazing - close to everything we wanted to do. Everything on the strip was within 15 minutes. The neighborhood felt safe. Would def stay here again, and Cecile was incredibly communicative and easy to work with.

Awesome Stay

Superb! Everything from the host to the property was more than I expected. First, Cecile is amazing! She was so friendly and helpful often checking in to see if I needed anything or was everything okay. The house is lovely and vibrate from the coloured walls (which I loved) to the decorative art and collection pieces. It just felt really homely and comfortable,. The beds were all comfortable, and having the one bedroom downstairs was a God send for me. I've stayed in a lot of places and you tend to be on edge in most homes, afraid to touch anything or relax, but the furniture was comfortable and having the ping pong table area was. I never felt so at home in a place. Being there for so long I really settled in making it my home away from home. The neighbourhood is quiet and convenient to central LV, malls/grocery, and Henderson and 1-15/1-215. I highly recommend staying here. Cecile is a great host. Monica

Nice location

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Great communication with property manager when needed something. We will stay again next visit to vegas.

Clean and comfortable

Property and location was great. Hot Tub is not really available. Very disappointing. Not sanitized. You must add water. It was basically unusable. Otherwise its a good option for your Vegas stay.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a previous VRBO booked, and they cancelled on us last minute. We found this one and are very happy everything worked out. The communication was amazing, house was great, location for us worked well. Overall we would stay again and recommend!

Location and hot tub make this property well worth the stay

The home is located just 2 short blocks off the Las Vegas Blvd and walking distance to South Pointe casino. It was perfect for our family of 5. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath between them. Master (King) is downstairs with double sink vanity. The hot tub was so nice to have in the mornings and evenings. Sams club and Smiths grocery store are just a 10-15 minute drive. You are at Mandalay Bay on the strip in about 10 minutes and Hoover Dam was 30 minutes. The only downside to the home is if you plan to cook. There are plenty of pans but they are really worn and peeling. Also make sure you have all spices you need including salt and pepper. The furniture is comfortable and has that worn in feel. The beds were very comfortable. Overall we would stay here again because of the location and hot tub!
