This beautiful tropical vacation rental in the Keauhou Resort area of Kailua-Kona, HI is only a block away from stunning Keauhou Bay and across the street from the Kona Country Clubs wonderful ocean golf course. Walk to Keauhou Bay and jump on the Fairwind snorkel cruise for an un-forgetable experience, rent kayaks swim or just take in the natural beauty of the area. Just two blocks to restaurants, cinemas, farmers market, shopping and an open air trolley that takes you up the coast to historic Kailua Village.

You and your guests will enjoy the tropical decor of this Private vacation rental with swimming pool and furnishings and artwork from throughout the Pacific. Everything that you need is here, just pack your clothes!


The Keauhou Bay Resort area is one of the most beautiful places in all of Hawaii. In pre contact Hawaiian times, this area was strictly reserved for royalty. No commoners were allowed. Fortunately, everyone is welcome in Keauhou these days and it has become a hub of activities including two public golf courses a short walk from the home, sunset and snorkel cruises a block away in Keauhou Bay. The host was so easy to work with and was very prompt in answering any questions we had about the property. Very nice person. The two car drive way was great for parking off the street. The pool area was very nice, lots of outdoor space that we enjoyed, bbq, cushions for patio furniture, large umbrellas , pool toys etc.

Great stay!

Great location, within walking distance to the ocean, shops, grocery store, golf course and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Private pool is wonderful!!

The house was beautiful. We all enjoyed staying there, it had everything we needed. It was also in a convenient location, close to stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and Martha was very helpful.

The house is beautiful, located in a very nice and quiet area. The pool was great, heated and clean with a lot of pool toys. The deck around pool and house is very nice, multiple lounge chairs, a patio set and grill. The house is very clean and perfect size for the 4 of us.

This house is centrally located to just about everything. It’s close to shopping in Kona and the many restaurants in the area. The pool was perfect and clean. The entire house was very clean. This was our second time renting from Martha and truly enjoyed talking to her.

We loved staying at this lovely house for Thanksgiving. The main living area was nice and open and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool and deck area were perfect and there is a beach area very close by. There are lots of beach chairs and boogie boards to use, as well as an umbrella. There were not snorkel masks but there are flippers available to borrow. The shopping area just up the hill is very close and the drive into Kona is about 20 minutes.

Keauhou Gem

This house was great for our family. The location is close to everything yet tranquil. The pool and deck made it a wonderful place to entertain and just hang out! We hope to stay here again!

Great outdoor space and location

My family had a wonderful time on the Big Island. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The interior of the home was a little dated, but it had everything we needed and the outdoor space and the great communication with the owner, more than made up for the interior. We would definitely stay again!

What I great stay! Loved it!

The house and pool were so nice. The location was near the water and much nice shopping. The house and location felt like "home". We all agree, we would defiantly stay there again. Communication with Martha was the best and check in was super easy. No issues with the stay, enjoyed it very much!

Awesome pool!

We loved our stay! The living room air conditioner does not seem to help is our only complaint. Awesome pool and location for walks to both bays.

I was wondering about the air conditioning, was the house not cool enough? The airconditoners have been installed, since I bought the house. Was it not enough? I stayed there in September before I added aircons, when it was 92 degrees outside and it seemed fine inside. Aprox 75 inside. I would love your thoughts! Thank you.
