Good place for us

We were only on Hawaii for a couple of days, so didn't spend much time at the location. It suited us just fine. Plenty of space, and well stocked. Appreciated the reference books about the island. The host was quick to respond and answe answer any questions.

Beautiful!!

We just had the most wonderful stay here! The condo and property was absolutely beautiful. Denise was wonderful and so accommodating and was quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again and can hopefully come back soon!

Giving thanks

Great unit to staycation in for my family of 6. “Solitude” is top notch. Checking in was quick and easy and finding the this unit was easy, too. The view from the lanai was incredible every day and the sunsets each evening were amazing! well-equipped, and well-maintained. Just a wonderful place to spend time with the family!

Family vacation

Family of five adults and we had plenty of room to spread out - very spacious property. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of toilet paper, towels, beach gear etc. We really enjoyed the covered patio!

Beautiful

Denise really went the extra mile to make sure this beautiful property was stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The property is large, spacious and had the feel of a house with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We enjoyed bringing our food out to the balcony so we could enjoy the view and hear the birds. The Ocean pool was so nice too.

Solitude was superb!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the “Solitude” condo last week. It was very clean, spacious and had a great ocean view from the lanai. It was also very generously stocked with kitchen/bath items that we needed during our stay. We had a great time at the pools and loved being so close to shopping, restaurants.... We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Big Island!

Konaloa at Kona

Beautiful location with a great view of the ocean. Loved hearing the waves crashing on the rocks from the Lanai. Three pools gave us options, but we loved hanging at the ocean pool each night to watch the sunset. The property manager/owner was quick to respond to questions. There is a grocery And drug store close by. Convenient location to snorkeling, shopping and easy access to the highway to head North or South. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers at the condo, so you don't have to rent them or get them from your vehicle rental company. Would recommend and stay again!

Couches and linen were very dirty, years of stains. Bedding and pillows need replacing immediately lots of stains. Main bathroom toilet needs repair sounds like water is coming to refill tank.

We enjoyed our stay at Solitude! The kitchen is well supplied with every gadget you could possibly need. We were pleased to find an electric kettle. If I have a need for a three bedroom accommodation again, I’d definitely choose this property. Mahalo

Good location

Out of the the extremely busy touristy area but close enough to enjoy all the restaurants. Unit well stocked. Very comfortable. Roomy. Just my husband and I but we like to spread out

What a view

We loved this condo..whales were present every day off the lanai..the location is perfect.away from the crazy Kona traffic with a grocery store nearby. The condo is very spacious if a bit outdated but who cares. The stove and dryer could use a change out but who cares..they worked. Denise was great at communicating..checking in was easy, checking out was oh so hard,😫

Solitude

This condo was a perfect vacation home for our family. The 3 bedrooms easily accommodated 6 adults. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The condo has a great ocean view from the lanai, living room & kitchen. We enjoyed watching humpback whales cavorting & breaching from the lanai. The complex features 3 pools: we especially enjoyed the "Ocean Pool." The complex is well away from downtown Kailua, and we enjoyed the quiet. The nearby Keauhou Shopping Center has several excellent restaurants and a large market that sold fresh poke daily.

Quiet, nice place with everything you need for the beach

We loved it. They had everything you need, just pack your bag! Snorkels and boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach towels and chairs. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Every cooking appliances you would ever need. Loved the view from the ocean pool. Great sunsets. Quiet , beautiful view from the lanai. Loved eating breakfast out there. Thanks for sharing your nice place.

Great views, loved to bbq at the ocean front pool and enjoy the crashing waves.

Plenty of room for the five of us. Lots of extras provided and room to spread out. We opted to not have the ac and it was the right choice with the ocean breeze and the fact that you shouldn’t be inside during the day anyway, it was not needed. Our stay was end of April so this might not be the case during the hot summer. Beds were comfy and kitchen was spacious.

Fantastic spot, great host.

Fantastic location, so easy to check in and out, responsive staff. In addition to lots to do nearby, the restaurants, farmer’s market and grocery are a quick walk. The unit itself is a bit more dated than we expected or it would be five stars all around. However, the dates nature of it brings some really cool elements that I hope y’all keep. All that mid century wood cabinetry and design is so cool. I wish I’d taken pictures of it. The loft was really great for my two kids and they accommodated the change from king to two singles. Really liked the localized AC control.

Great property

Great amenities-pool, walking path, tennis, ping pong and the location is central to all these things as well as a grocery store right up the road. Just FYI, owner keeps the air off before arrival and we arrived late in the day so ladies, it was hot for sleeping IYKYK. Plan ahead. Haha.
