Additionally, there are partial views of Winter Park Resort from the expansive rooftop deck. This spacious townhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring three bedrooms with cozy King beds and two additional rooms furnished with bunk beds to host the entire family.
The ground floor of this townhouse provides access to a two-car garage, along with entry to a hallway that is enhanced by hardwood flooring. Furthermore, there is a small area designated for hanging jackets and outdoor equipment. The half bathroom, which showcases a tiled floor and an attractive vanity, is conveniently located within the garage on this level.
The main level of this elegantly modern townhouse boasts a luxurious living room furnished with high-end furniture, soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace accompanied by a flat screen HDTV, and a cozy private deck. Snow removal activities will take place between 10am and 4pm. Should WPSM personnel knock on the door, you are advised to request proper identification before granting them access to the roof.

Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a 200 per day fine.
