This beautiful condo, is in a prime location, has gorgeous mountain views, is across the street from the slopes, has a private hot tub, and heated garage. Just 30 yards from free shuttle route that takes you to Winter Park Village. Sleeps 10 - perfect for your mountain vacation with friends and family.

Enjoy ice skating and snow tubing in the village or head out for nearby snowshoeing and snowmobiling. In the summer check out the longest alpine slide in Colorado, Trestle bike park, and miles and miles of world-class hiking.

Drive 20 minutes to YMCA of the Rockies for cross country skiing and backpacking, 30 minutes to Lake Granby for boat rentals and fishing, and 45 minutes to Grand Lake and the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Colorado’s finest outdoor adventures are in your backyard! Biking, skiing, hiking or spending time with the family - there is an activity here for everyone!

Love to cook? You’ll enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with brand new appliances as of fall 2023. Or take it outside and grill while you take in the Mountain Views.

This truly was a perfect mountain getaway! our entire group slept comfortably. The biggest things that made our trip perfect was the proximity to the ski lifts and also a nice relaxing hot tub that was ready for us when we arrived.

What a wonderful home in Winter Park! Beautiful living space with views of the mountain. Convenient shuttle so no need to get in the car. Very clean and great communication. Highly recommend!

Great summer spot close to outdoor adventure and town. Kids enjoyed have a loft to themselves. Main level was spacious and comfortable. Family loved having a clean, working hot tub for the summer evenings and crisp mornings.

The location of this property was great, and most of the listing information was quite accurate. The interior could definitely use some maintenance however, and also needs a deep clean. Examples: a few window coverings were broken; one exterior door lock did not work; towels were dingy; garage floor was covered with dirt/gravel; a couple of the swing-out windows did not swing out and were missing the cranks; refrigerator needed a good cleaning and had several expired items in it when we arrived. Our biggest concern, however, was that at 6:30am on the morning of our departure, an unknown male entered the property through the garage and was calling out to see if anyone was there. Our car was parked in the garage and they walked past it to come in through the door to the interior since there was no lock on this door either. We were able to contact the host (after two failed attempts on our arrival day and one more post trip) and were told she had no idea who that could have been. We are assuming it was a previous or future guest and that the host does not change the door code after every guest. We received our door code several days prior and thought that was odd, but it makes sense now that the code does not get changed. The uninvited person left on their own, but this was a very disturbing end to our vacation. This could have ended very badly for us, or the ‘intruder’, and this should never have happened.

Perfect place to stay!

We loved staying in this spacious home- room for everyone. The hot tub was a delight, the home tucked in the trees with a view of the slopes was relaxing. Short walk to the shuttle, extra parking around the corner, It was everything we needed and more!

Comfy Cozy home for family to gather.

This place is fabulous and has fantastic views. So close to the gondola. And fits 8 adults comfortably. Highly recommended! Hosts were great too.

Good place for a group

We had a fun stay at this VRBO with 9 people and overall it was good. However, the mattresses need to be replaced and it needs a solid deep clean but overall we had a good time and would recommend staying here.

Great for larger family

Good floor plan, our boys loved the loft area for hanging out, nice sized master bedroom w/bath and 2 decent sized bedrooms downstairs. Fantastic location for heading to winter park to ski/board.

Great property and nice home!

Super clean and ready for use. Check in process was easy and great communication with host. If you are traveling with family there are games for use. Great quick trip with the family.

Very cozy condo settled in trees. Great view of the mountains from the kitchen. Close to Winter Park Resort. Biggest plus was each adult room had its own bathroom! And of course the hot tub!
