Amazing location with parking

The location was unbeatable as downtown Seattle is literally out the front door of this place. It doesn't hurt that Target is right below for any incidentals/groceries you may need. Other postings seem to hold true about the "squeaky" master bed. Overall, a great value for the building amenities and location!

Great location and close to the office for work! The full kitchen was perfect - sometimes you just want to eat IN! Nice city views though a bit noisy above 2nd Avenue. A couple of small things, nightstand light missing a knob to turn on/off, not thermostat control knob, and both bathrooms with lighting and fan issues. Nothing a few repairs can't fix. It was a lovely property otherwise and we have booked again for 2 future visits!

Pictures look a lot better than reality

The location and building were stellar. The pool area is amazing-they should update the pictures to reflect the pool remodel. There's a lot of areas in need of attention in order to make it stellar: 1-the bed in the master bedroom squeeks A LOT. I'm not the only one who mentioned this. Another reviewer mentioned it too, but it looks like it hasn't been fixed. 2-Mold in the master bathroom tub. The fan doesn't work so that might be what is causing this problem. 3-The washing machine smells really bad. It doesn't look like it has been cleaned since it was purchased. I tried to clean it a bit and almost vomited from the smell. They provided a lot of fans which was nice, but it was very hot in Seattle and there is no AC which made sleep a little uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect, however. Kitchen was great, living room area, and other bedroom were all nice! Would definitely stay again! Just hope management takes care of what I menioned above for future guests.

Excellent Place

The condo was located near everything we wanted. The train and buses were close by. The actual space was spectacular. The view were amazing, Very conformable and has every amenity you could need.

Amazing place to stay!

I absolutely loved staying at this apartment. No complaints whatsoever it was extremely secure inside and very very clean! Also as close as you can possibly be to literally everything downtown. I recommend this place to any and everyone visiting Seattle!

Seeing Seattle

Location was perfect, views were beautiful, and condo amenities and cleanliness were ideal for our family of 5 (Husband , wife and 3 adult daughters).

First of all, it is a beautiful, charming condo in the heart of Seattle. If you plan right , you should not need a rental car. A couple of downsides are that the condo is not air conditioned (place fans to blow cooler air in through dining room door), and the automatic blinds did not work (roll them up and store on top). Keys were tricky too. Really should get a new lock and key. Otherwise, really nice condo!

I know Seattle does not need AC but with 110F it is a most. Streets a bit noisy. Other than that great stay and apartment.

Downtown Seattle Retreat

My family and I loved staying at the Newmark Tower. The place is conveniently located to downtown, Pike Market, and many other neighborhoods. Has great views and was very comfortable for my family of 3. It was also easy to hop on the interstate for day trips. The parking space was an added bonus as well. The check in and check out was great, as well as the communication through out our stay. Highly recommend this unit and company.

Relaxing

The suite was conveniently located near Pikes Market. The rooms were clean, a nice kitchen and quiet. The pool and gym were a plus and the Target next door was convenient.

Great Location, Good Condo

Great spot for exploring Seattle on foot, or as a base for exploring the greater area. Generally well appointed condo. Could be a bit cleaner upon arrival, still very dusty on floors. Ice Maker/Water Dispenser was broken. Fan in Master Bath broken. Blind in Living Room would not open or close. Some linens need replacing. Could easily be a five star with a little TLC.

Respite in Seattle

This condo in Downtown Seattle was the perfect place for my spouse and I , along with 2 of our young adult sons, to spend some much needed time away for restoration. It had everything we needed for the days when we chose to stay in to play games, do puzzles, or watch movies. It was also within walking distance for us to visit the Chihuly Gardens (I’m a HUGE fan of his work) and the Museum of Pop Art. We visited Pikes Place Market EVERY DAY. We had fresh flowers and SO MUCH great food all week. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and Target is right downstairs for incidentals and snacks. We highly recommend this spot for your next vacation!

Good location

Extremely Dirty and not enough supplies

The floors were extremely sticky, greasy and dirty so much so that we had to clean for the first three days we were there. The pots all were dirty as was the utensils. There wasn’t enough linen for all the beds and there was spoilt Chinese food in the microwave when we first moved in. One of the blinds didn’t even open.

We could walk or take public transportation to just about everything. We needed our rental car for airport and wine country transportation only.

Upmarket at Pike Market

This beats any top quality hotel because of the space, security, pool, gym, location and everything you need for the most comfortable stay. The accommodation is very tasteful with fabulous views from the 17 th floor, at night everything lights up.

Newmark Towers was wonderful, but Belltown Court leaved a lot to desire.

Newmark was beautiful, well equipped and nicely located. Belltown Court was smaller, with a lot more noise off the street which kept us awake during the night. There was a large stain on the carpet in the living area. The upstairs bathroom drain was slow. We feel as though we should be compensated for the difference in this property and the Newmark property.
