Hands down, the best stay we’ve ever had as a family! Steve and Tammy are phenomenal hosts and made us feel right at home from the start. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, and the animals on the farm are a delightful touch! Our boys (ages 5 & 10) didn’t want to leave, and neither did we. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a memorable and joyful weekend!

This property is exactly as advertised. It was beautiful looking out the window each day at a field of horses, and it’s truly a one‑of‑a‑kind experience to be so close to the stables. Tammy and her entire family were incredibly kind and helpful, I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures show. Everything was extremely clean, the hosts were very helpful and friendly. They gave us a tour of their farm and let us meet and greet the animals, which was a huge bonus of staying there. We went for our anniversary trip and I bought flowers for my partner so the host, Tammy, helped me by receiving the flowers and sprinkling rose petals around it, making it look spectacular. It was a 10/10 experience. We’re very glad we chose this property to enjoy Door County. We’ll be returning.

One-of-a-kind experience, and hosts! We had the best time with our kids, and will be back. The grounds, animals, and accommodations were all top notch and beautiful. I truly can’t say enough about how amazing it was!

Ladies' Road Trip

Spent a weekend here and it was the best experience! We got to gather eggs, feed the chickens, spend time with the horses and cows, and met the most adorable cats! Everything was clean and tidy, communication was very good and they are the friendliest hosts, could not have asked for a better stay! Can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Perfect for the family

Perfect location to go anywhere in Door County. Our family loved staying on the farm...the kids could not get enough of the animals during our stay. Room was well kept and very comfortable. Look forward to returning!

Another great stay

This was our 2nd time staying in the cozy space and our kids loved it. They loved feeding the horses and chickens and spending time hanging out with the cats. Property is beautiful and in a great location. Nice and quiet retreat.

Absolutely amazing.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The hosts were very gracious and friendly. The property was beautiful and private. My favorite part was helping with the animal chores!

Cozy Ranch Stay

For a first time trip to Door County we could not resist this place! From the actual building to the beautiful animals and wildlife everything was amazing. Tammy and her family were wonderful to talk to about the area hotspots and let us see all the animals. Would highly recommend for anyone going to the area or just a get away! We will definitely be back to stay!

Neat experience

Cool little place that was perfect for our family. Kids (11 and 9) enjoyed the animals. The inside was very nice and clean with quality furniture. Beautiful property and location was convenient for anything we wanted to do. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.

Home feelin

Property was beautiful and Miss Tammy was amazing from time of booking till checkout. My daughter was missing being in Texas being able to practice her horse riding. Being around the animals helped her feel at home and enjoy the remainder of summer till we go home

The check in process was flawless and the owners could not be more accommodating. Everyone who we encountered engaged us with a friendly greeting and great conversation. This is a working ranch, so you will never feel isolated. I've been coming to Door County for years but learned more about the area from owner Steve during our short three night stay than I had in the last 35 years!

Not just a "stay"... but an EXPERIENCE!

The grounds were incredible, the lodging was as advertised and previously reviewed: clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts, Tammy and Steve, were so welcoming and friendly. They allowed us to spend time with all the animals and offered so many great suggestions about what to do in the area. We will undoubtedly making a return visit to this outstanding spot.

Beautiful farm views

Waking up to horses and cows and beautiful pasture every morning was wonderful. The home was fully stocked with supplies and even had a washer and dryer, full fridge, and toaster oven that wasn’t pictured. Hosts were great with any help or info needed. We had a great time and it was very close to all the surrounding towns for adventures.

Wonderful Country stay

Tammy and Steve have a beautiful hobby farm with several horses, cattle and chickens. The guest house which is attached to the horse stables is beautifully furnished, well maintained and quiet! Their location made driving to nearby parks and restaurants a breeze, yet far enough away to enjoy their peaceful surroundings. By the way the fresh eggs are delicious!!
