We're happy you found our home comfortable and to your liking, as well as the location convenient to shopping, retaurants, recreational activities and attractions. We believe Las Sendas provides the right combination of natural surroundings and creature comforts. When preparing for our guests we rely on the infomation they provide during booking to be accurate. It enables us to plan appropriately and replenish supplies. When our guests book for 2 people, we provide 2 sets of towels in each bathroom and 2 pool towels. I am glad we were able to deliver towels to your unexpected, additional 4 guests quickly. It was unfortunate we were unable to provide you with a remote garage door opener but the key code entry pad located on the outside of the door was still operational. Garage door openers are one of those amenities we have provided but it raises concerns when they do not get returned. We are addressing this, with a new access system and guests will be able to open the garage door from their vehicle this spring. The thermostat is a wi-fi smart thermostat that provides us with valuable information and a level of safety. We are able to control the thermostat from our phones at anytime. It allows us to make sure the house is warm/cool for incoming workers and guests before they arrive and make changes when the home is not in use. It also notifies us if any problems occur or any situations need addressing. Not all individuals are technologically savy and access to it, could create more problems than intended. Like many homes these days technology has also changed the way we watch television. Cable has been replaced with internet streaming. Our home comes with Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Even with high speed internet, bandwidth can be effected by the number of people logged into the network simultaneously. We try to accommodate personal preferences and consider our guests safety. We are constantly making improvements and will use your feedback for weighing future decisions.
