Exactly what we wanted!

This property is amazing! Great location with direct beach, pool, gym, tennis court access. It was perfect for our trip and I would highly recommend this to everyone. We would rebook this for future trips!

Great location on the beach

We appreciated the location of this condo apartment, near beach, with great boardwalk. Communication with manager was very good. Other positives: wifi worked great; gym is bonus (need to get pass at the security desk); valet parking included; on the first floor so no need to wait for elevators. Some drawbacks: water never gets hot (after 5 minutes, it gets lukewarm, anytime of day: no other solution other than running the hot water for 5 min according to manager); condo is older and therefore dented and needing some minor fixing up (cracks filled in, paint in places); Valet parking is busy at peak times therefore have to strategically plan to have the car brought out ahead of time - the attendants and staff are professional and friendly. Thank you

Not a place you want to stay

This apartment was nothing like the pics of it on vrbo. The place was old, falling apart and need of repair. Countertops were buckling with yellow stain, door knobs kept falling off everytime you touched them, curtains were old, stained and not working correctly. Place felt dirty. Sinks not clean and debris on floors. No hot water 1st and 2nd night. had to leave water running 20 min to get barely hot water 3rd night.
