This two story two baths apartment is located just steps from the ocean, big terrace, full kitchen(Oven, stove, Microwave), dining table set, living room on the first floor. two single beds, and On the second floor two queen (double) beds. Two bathrooms, big terrace ocean view, steps from the beach. First floor unit. Valet parking and security 24/7.Laundry Room(surcharge), Pool Spa(surcharge), Tennis court, Mini market, bike rentals And More. Only one set of towels and toilet paper per stay. valet Parking for one car. Security will do the check in, give you the paper for valet, upon registration, . Host will text you the Door code. Pet Friendly, 2 Tv's with cable, Wi-fi information under the router. Charcoal BBQ in the Patio., some construction going on.

Incredible location

The perfect spot if you’re a beach lover! Just yards away from the sand and ocean as well as the brick boardwalk, this place was ideal. The owner was responsive and even delivered a beach umbrella to us! Would definitely return!

Dated, in disrepair, and not stocked with basics

Location is fabulous but unit the worse place I have ever stayed. No toilet paper, hand towels or wash clothes. Unit has mold and smells, bedroom blind broken restricting view of ocean. Beds uncomfortable and pillows are so old they are useless. Bathrooms disgusting and water so hot it is scalding

Perfect place!

We stayed two nights before heading on a cruise and this spot was excellent! We loved having a mini vacation before our vacation and with the great patio, immediate access to the beach and great location our stay felt like just that! Check in was easy, communication with the host was great and the listing was just as described! We’re staying here again on our way back and are glad to have another reliable stay in this spot!

The location and privacy were great. The neighbors were friendly. The beach is your back yard

I'd recommend this property to all of my friends and family. I'd actually like to return to this same place again. The owner had great communication with us throughout our stay. It was really an enjoyable stay.

Outstanding location on the beach

Outstanding location on the beach! Walk down the stairs from the patio, take 20 steps, and you're in the sand! And there is a beautiful view from the upstairs bedroom. Alexandra is a kind and responsive host. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here.

Awesome Location /Great Price

We loved the space and view. You are literally steps from the beach. Liked that there was a lounge in building. Tip for travelers use the downstairs shop. Not the one next to lobby. The prices are much much better Would rent this place again.

Right on the beach!

The location is pristine and right on the beach! That's what you are paying for. Everything about this stay was great minus the little critters that made their presence known at night. I appreciate the effort of the owner to try to correct it, but it unfortunately did not work. I think it's worth staying here because of the location, but avoid the critters!

Location! Location! Location!

Overall this was a nice place to stay. I will do as others have done on some reviews. Pros: 1) location and neighbors were awesome 2) enough room for six adults comfortably 3) interactions with owners was quick Cons: 1) you get one bath towel per person, one hand towel and wash cloth to share for the week 2) there were no rugs in the whole townhouse to catch the constant clinging sand 3) there are two bathrooms and you get one small roll of single ply toilet paper for each for the week 4) it was very hard to regulate the water in the showers If you plan for these small inconveniences than you will have a great time. I would stay here again for the location itself.

Excellent Location and Convenient Amenities

The Blu Gin restaurant on property had excellent food and specials. Staff was great as well. We ate there twice as a group of 9 and all 18 meals were great. The poolside snack shack had great drinks, service, and quick tasty food. Our only issue and it is NOT related to our unit, is that they need to double the number of chairs at the pool. You can take chairs from the unit, but that is a hassle. Also could probably double the towels in the unit, with 6 bath towels and an additional 6 beach towels. The A/C worked great, fridge, dishwasher, showers, and TVs all worked perfectly. We would stay again!

Great!

We had a wonderful time...sunrise at the beach is NEVER to be missed. The valets bless their hearts they were swamped. People are impatient but they were moving them the fastest they could. Not sure how they could improve on it..they already have 3 lanes rolling. The Turkish baths were under construction...bummer. But next time they'll be open.

Loved the beach access- might choose different owner

Pros: Beach access (it's right there-) amount of beds to accommodate a group Cons: -The owner told us when we got there that she was on the property and "watching us" (made it very uncomfortable) -The pool, although listed as an amenity, was NOT available. The owner would not give any credit for this issue (VRBO was also unhelpful) -Upstairs beds VERY squeaky -Thin walls- you can hear neighbors -Not much privacy outside (patios are right next to each other -lacking in kitchen (no baking dish or cookie sheet) -showers hard to get the temperature right and clogs

Good location but wouldn’t stay again

The beach was absolutely beautiful!!! We walked directly from the porch area, across the walkway and we were on the beach! It was terrific! However, this property had issues. It was very difficult to navigate the hotel. Some of the employees didn’t even speak English, which made asking questions very difficult. There were ants downstairs, looked like black mold on some of the walls, the upstairs never cooled (the vent was not blowing upstairs), the grill (that you must clean if you use it or pay $30) was rusted, the bath tub faucets were hard to work (it was either scalding hot or cold), the whole place needs some maintenance all the way to the towel rods that were falling off the walls. You are basically paying for the beach accessibility, which was terrific. So, if you are looking for an overpriced place to lay your head but has terrific beach access, then this is your place. Like I said, we loved the beach accessibility but wouldn’t stay here again.

Don’t Stay Here!

Alexandra’s unit is outdated and the building is not nice. Don’t stay here if you’re looking for anything but problems. The following issues were present when we arrived: 1. The shower was clogged and would not drain from day one. 2. The towel bar in the downstairs bathroom was broken so we couldn’t hang towels there. 3. The vacuum didn’t work. 4. There was one dishwasher pod for a 4 night stay. 5. The shower temperatures were unregulated and actually burning hot at times to the point of not being able to use the shower at the end of our stay. The shower was either freezing or burning hot and mostly burning hot. 6. Mold on the water spout of the fridge. 7. Terrible smells throughout building and condo. 8. One roll of toilet paper, one paper towel, and no beach towels. Bare minimum of pretty much everything hospitality-wise. We were then charged damages for the shower that was already broken and that we barely used! Miami rocks but don’t stay here unless you want to experience the same issues. Working with VRBO to get our money back now because we were never expecting to be charged damages for doing absolutely nothing. This place is already overpriced for what you get.
