Good house for a large group
Overall, this home worked out great for our extended family (ages 1-87). It was a large home with plenty of space for all our children and grandchildren. No one was on top of each other. Everything was spacious and comfortable.
The lake and beach were clean, kid friendly, and not crowded. Use of the kayaks, paddleboards, and pickleball courts kept the younger adults busy. The kids liked the playground on the beach. At the house we utilized the pool table, hot tub, and fire pit.
You should be aware that only 6 of the wristbands provided are "free" to use at all the above listed amenities. The rest of your party will have to pay a daily use fee. We were not told this ahead of time.
The A/C in the house is NOT in the 3 bedrooms downstairs. We were told this before we went but found those bedrooms on the warm side even with the ceiling fans on. The rest of the house was cooled nicely.
It was nice to have "linens" included and to not have to bring sheets but note that the towels are small and there are no washcloths so you might want to bring your own.
We were disappointed to find that the Olympic size pool advertised was closed for the season for renovations as we had hoped to utilize it. However, Zac compensated by giving us a reduction on our rate. He was always quick to respond to questions and concerns we had.
