Our family had a wonderful stay with a smooth check-in and check-out process. All of the amenities worked great! The host was very easy to communicate with and if there was any issues with the property they sent their maintenance crew out quickly to solve the problem. Overall amazing experience, we plan to come back again in the near future!

Property was nice for our family's get together. The photos may be from when the property was First finished. Minor issues, like a fan having 3 of 5 blades on the back porch, fridge with ice maker doesn't make ice, no water line.

As advertised, the property has a pool and hot tub. However, the pool was not heated when we arrived. The host did send someone out to fix it the next day, but pool maintenance said it will continue to work intermittently because they didn’t have the right size breaker for the pool heater. The hot tub was not working either. Again, the host sent out maintenance the next day and they got it working. However, the jets didn’t work fully and the filter was disgusting. The hot tub was also leaking the whole time. The cleanliness of the cabin itself was horrible. There was flies coming out of the shower drains, the carpets were not vacuumed, and there was food particles left in the kitchen and on the pool table upstairs. We understood that they were between management companies, but that wasn’t our fault either. The cabin was not prepared for our stay, and we were highly disappointed.

House was to small for us 23 people, they needed to have garbage pick up more often than one time with that many people the pool area is very small big spiderwebs in the windowsills and the back of the door leading into the house could’ve been painted, rusty looking on bottom of door, backyard very small but we made it work. Had a fun time with our family.

It was great!!! There was a really nice hike really close nearby in Cosby, and we were not even an hour from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The hot tub out back was also a big plus and the place was huge and very accommodating!!

Everything about this stay was perfect! We wanted a family retreat with our children and grandchildren. This cabin offered more than we anticipated. We didn’t leave during the stay, we swam, played games, played pool and enjoyed the theater and the hot tub. Plus we cooked some amazing family favorites. This was a much needed family gathering that has now made us realize we will be doing the same thing several times a year. The cabin is absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything that was listed. Communication was at best from making sure we had arrived good and had no issues getting in to checking in the night before we left. We are very grateful and had a blessed stay. Thank you very much!

Overall the property was very nice and the host great and responded quickly. Loved the fire pit and we spent every night with family around a fire. However there were a few deficiencies that we noticed. The lack silverware for a home that can accommodate 30 people. (4 forks, 4 spoons…)Lots of pan lids but not a lot of pans to go with them. (We luckily brought our own cookware)Remote controls for TV’s…we could only find one for each floor to share among the ROKU TV’s. Hot tub chlorinator was extremely dirty with mold. No really usable pool sticks (no tips)Thin linens and at least one set had stains
