Nicole was a fantastic guests. Definitely would welcome her return. The Smoky Mountains are an amazing place to visit and enjoy the wonders and awe of nature in every season.

Very nice. If I had one thing that could be better is the pots and pans need updated but over all the cabin was great.

Fit our family of 14 perfect. Seen a bear 4 out of the 7 mornings! Excellent location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was so perfect for my family so much room! My kids loved the pool so much and I enjoyed the hot tub and we walked out on the back porch and was able to see bears! I loved how it was in a community but also you was operated and felt in the good outdoors! I would definitely rebook this cabin

3 broken toilet seats, towels for 10 and we had 26, upstairs ac unit hardly worked, the blender was broken, hot tub was not clean, movie room stunk. All these items were reported to the host on day 1. the towels were delivered day 1, hot tub was clean on day 3. Nothing else was completed after a 11 day stay. Book your stay somewhere else.

The cabin was AWESOME! The kids didn't want to leave! It was nice having our own pool, the kids loved it! The host was very quick to get back to me! Thanks for great memories!

Before even entering, I was told that the kitchen faucet was broken, and they'll be back to fix it,never happened. Every shower liners was covered in scum from previous uses,I replaced two. Swimming pool was terrible, the pictures on the listing are extremely inaccurate, the entire pool is peeling. The hot tub, filthy, the bedroom jacuzzi, filthy. The comforters were torn and help the previous guests hair, pet hair, and who knows what else.Pots, pans, cookie sheets and knives were rusty. To add insult to injury, I was told that the pool was fine for swimming. This was by far my worst cabin experience thus far. This is the only time in 8 years that I've left a bad review for a cabin! I'm extremely disappointed!

Our family of 17 loved the house and all it had to offer. The pool, theater, hot tub, and game areas were used daily. The only down side was the home could have benefited from a good cleaning. We bleached all the white towels and some mold in the bathroom. We also changed out the air filters. Some of the kitchen pots are usable, but some should be replaced. We could not find any spoons (soup or tea) so we contributed a set. The listing stated there were no spices in the house, and this was 100% true. We were prepared, so it really wasn't a problem. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here. A bear crossed through the backyard almost daily, which was really cool to see!

Everything was wonderful. The cabin was spacious for our large family. The pool was a hit with the kids, the privacy and the quiet neighborhood was amazing. Definitely recommend this one.

Elisabeth was super sweet, and checked in often to make sure if we needed anything or everything was good with the property. My kids really enjoyed the pool and the theater room and the arcade games. There was enough room for everyone to spread out, and everything was clean. My kids said they would like to return in 5 days lol. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here more than previous stays in other properties/hosts. Very nice!

Youth group fun day

We traveled with 21 youth and 9badults for one night to go white water rafting. Cabin was very nice and offered lots of activities including the pool, video games, and a pool table. Overall, a great stay!

Family vacation

this was a family vacation for everybody get together and relax. We had an amazing time. We enjoyed the hot tub the pool. There was always plenty of room would stay here again thank you so much for hosting us. You guys answered any questions that we had and it was a pleasure working with you and hope to do it again soon.

The property is beautiful!!! It was everything we were looking for. I was hoping to see some bears, but we didn't. We had a blast, we will be back again.

Wonderful for family.

We really enjoyed the place. Huge area for cooking, eating, playing cards, and board games. The area felt secluded, but had a few stores nearby in case we needed to pick some stuff up. It was about a 35 minute drive to Gatlinburg.
