Incredible clean 4th floor condo in magnolia pointe, access to 7 outdoor pools, condo located on 2 golf courses and a mile to the beach, 5 minutes to Broadway on the Beach, waves water park 8 minutes to the Ripken experience restaurants right on 17 bypass etc , right in the middle of it all but yet a quiet view from the 4th floor of the lake, enjoy your complementary morning coffee or afternoon beverage with the sound of running water in the background. Please be advised there are NO MOTORCYCLES TRAILERS, RV ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. Thank You

Everything was easy and well put together as far as beds and instructions. The location is near a lot of great restaurants and the beach would highly recommend ! The balcony view was very nice as well.

It was a nice property. Owner responded promptly with any questions. It was great having 3 bedrooms & nice to be able to do laundry. The pools were nice too.

The property was as good as advertised. However the master bed was too high especially for someone 5 foot tall,even being 5ft 8 was a little challenging.

The property is as described. It was very clean and comfortable. Solid furniture that doesn’t shake or tremble when you sit on it (unlike the Ikea furniture at the last place we stayed). I slept in the master bedroom and that mattress was the best! The location is also great and close to everything.

Love this condo. This was our second time staying in these condos with the same owner (different units). Always clean, well stocked with towels, TP, etc. The property is beautiful and always clean. The owner is very quick to respond and rectify any issues. Super nice guy. We will be back!

Nice place - perfect location

Appreciated our stay for our Myrtle Beach family vacation. Accommodation was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family of 6. Was within a short driving distance of all the major attractions in both North and South Myrtle.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable.

The property was outstanding and well kept up. I love staying here. I will always reserve a condo here. Also the host was awesome.

Great friends getaway

The property was clean, in a great location and met our needs. A little off the beaten path but close to everything. The host, Herbert, was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The property is as advertised online and even better in person. Very spacious, super clean, nice large balcony with waterview, and its In a great location. Will definitely stay here again!

Summer Vacation

We were only there for a few days stop before we headed home to Indiana but was a wonderful stay. Beautiful home, clean, and around plenty of stuff to do.

Prefect Condo

Very nice, spacious condo. Condo is in a great location for going out, restaurants, shopping, etc. Wonderful quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great Rental!

This is a great unit in a convenient location and exactly as pictured. The community is clean and quiet. We enjoyed the stay and hope to have the opportunity to rent the unit again.

My first trip to Myrtle beach was about 12 years ago with my golfing Buddies, We made it an annual trip, my wife and I have decided that we will eventually retire to Myrtle beach as we both loves the area, we bought a couple of condos as part of our retirement plan but wont be able to truly enjoy them for another 10 years. cant wait for the day to come
