The property was very clean and very well maintained. The elevator was a plus. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The unit even better looking in person than it is in the online pictures. We were very happy with our stay.

We have rented in the Barefoot community for 3 years running now. Each of our previous rentals were good; none compared to this one. From thoughtful provisions in the kitchen to the comfortable accommodations, everything was perfect! Highly recommended!

Exactly as described in listing. Property is clean , quiet , great location. Everything you need to have a great vacation. The owner is easy to communicate with and informative of the area.Had a family emergency while there and he did everything possible to help and ease the pressures I was under during a trying time. He is an A1 person in my book. You will do no better in the Myrtle Beach area and this is from a very frequent visitor.

Our entire stay was perfect. The condo was very clean, and all amenities were working properly. The owner, was very accommodating, and answered any questions we had immediately. We've been going down to Barefoot for many years, and this unit was one of the nicest, if not the nicest, we've stayed at. Looking forward to going back next year! To the owner...If you read this, thanks again for everything, we appreciate everything you did.

This lovely condo provided perfect accommodations for our family vacation. The host provided extremely detailed instructions on check-in, directions, the TV, recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and more. We were able to park right next to the lobby door, which was very convenient. The condo itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. In addition to the furnished kitchen, the host provided thoughtful extras such as bottles of water, snacks, and toiletries. One could not ask for more!

Very nice condo, very clean and had everything we needed. Love the added charging stations on each bedside table, they were very nice to have. Pool was clean and just a short walk. Parking was very convenient. Lobby/entrance of the building needed some repairs and had some maintenance issues, but we do understand that is not a reflection of our host, Bob. Once inside the actual condo everything was perfect! Bob was quick to respond to any questions and messages. Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

We had a great stay at this condo in North Myrtle Beach. The property was extremely clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The condo had plenty of space for our family, comfortable rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything we needed to feel at home during our stay.The location was perfect — quiet and relaxing, but still close to Barefoot Landing, restaurants, golf, the beach, shopping, and plenty of family activities. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and the screened-in porch overlooking the golf course. The pool access was also a great bonus.Check-in was easy, the parking was convenient, and Bob was an excellent host with great communication from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting North Myrtle Beach and would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was clean and luxurious. Weather prohibited use of outdoor porch but was still available and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and good parking.

The condo was clean and well maintained. The grounds, pool, etc. were as well. The information from the owner was clear and covered all the bases. We would recommend this condo and owner to anyone, except someone who wants to stay there the next time we do!!!

The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Wonderful location and close to a lot of things to do but quiet and away from the noise of the touristy parts of MB. Host was quick to reply to questions and check in was well communicated and easy. Would definitely stay again.

This property is simply fantastic, very beautiful and very clean. We have stayed here twice and both times we enjoyed ourselves. Communicating with the owner was a breeze and check in with very smooth. We will be booking this property again for next year.
