Cute, clean house. Plenty of room for the 9 of us. Bring some hand soap, kitchen cleaner, and hand towels. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, but only 1 hand towel per bathroom. The large table was great for gathering!

Overall, it was an unbelievable stay. Very roomy and spacious. If you want to see a bear, it is very passible. I was so excited to see one up close. Only negative, some of the furniture needs to replaced., but it did not take away from the fun.

Amazing house very clean- just had some broken and worn things! A chair was broken at the bar, the pool table had wear and tear, the couch and living room seating is worn. Not a big deal and doesn’t affect the amazing view.

Great cabin

This cabin is close to the action in Gatlinburg, but private and quite. Easy access for fun, remote enough for relaxation. Would definately stay here again.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The location was perfect. There was dark hair found in bedding and oddly in the ice cube tray in the freezer. The house could use a deep clean. Dust picture frames, above fridge and cobwebs in the windows blinds. Some of the glasses, dishes were dusty and needed washed before use. Furniture was ripped/warn in the main living room, kitchen table rocked and we feared we may break it. The jacuzzi tub in the top floor bedroom on the right side did not work. The hot tub had trouble maintaining temperature and had weak jets. Although we had a few glitches, we still had a great time.
