Really enjoyed our stay, people should realize it is quite the winding drive to the cabin. But, expected in the mountians. Pool area was very nice. Saw more bears at the cabin than we did in the National Park !

We enjoyed our stay…plenty of space and all of the amenities which we needed. The stink bugs were everywhere, we had to clean up quit a bit of them, but it’s the mountains!!! Would love to return again.

Beautiful property! My two teenagers really enjoyed the pool table and fire pit. We had a wonderful trip and would definitely stay again!!

Late October 2026 Four might stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very large multilevel cabin that accommodated three families. Accurate description on Bear Tracts website. Generally clean but IMO needed a deep cleaning. Main floor mattress was uncomfortable to us. Lighting in kitchen was lacking. Limited towels especially for kitchen, one hand towel for 2 in main floor bathroom. Like our experiences with other home rentals the furniture and appliances are lower quality. If it were my home, I would probably do the same. If management would like to contact me I’d be happy to give more specifics. I would not recommend mainly because of traffic situation when headed to Pigeon Forge. Maybe there is another route option but we were unaware.

The cabin was exactly what we’ve been looking for. My wife and her family, 8 adults and 1 child, book a vacation to the mountains every Christmas. This is the first year we were all able to have our own rooms. Plenty of space. Beautiful cabin. Located perfectly by Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Will definitely try to stay here again.

Bear Mountain Chalet

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This chalet is very nice, could be amazing with a little tlc, the dishes in the cabinets were dirty, plates and coffee cups especially, floors were very dirty and dust everywhere, they also had throw rugs that are curled up and definitely dangerous, causing tripping, need updates no lighting at the fireplace. We still enjoyed our vacation for the most part.This place needs a good cleaning and then upkeep. Great location and we saw lots of bears which is why I mention needing lighting at firepit and drive area.

Beautiful views, plenty of space inside and outside of cabin, everything was very clean and lots of attention to detail. Our only complaint was somewhat of a lack of privacy due to inability to lock some of the bedroom and bathroom doors, but if everyone is considerate of that issue, it’s not a major problem. Overall, the cabin is gorgeous and looks just as good as the pictures, if not better. I definitely do not regret our choice and would happily stay here again.

Was better than expected. Gorgeous house, fully stocked. Saw bobcat and bears in area. Lot of fun stuff to do in area. Would book again

Great property with plenty of space. Great view as well. Property was clean and comfortable. Property is what pictures show. Mountain View with close proximity to downtown Gatlinburg.

Great Views

Plenty of house for 9 people. Incredible views! We had 3 visitors (mama bear & her 2 cubs) which made our trip! The cubs were playing on the deck wrestling around!

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The house was amazing and spacious. There were a few things that could use an upgrade but overall great first experience for a Gatlinburg vacation.

Family fun trip

Me, My boys (16 and 17) their friends and my brother stayed and had the most amazing time and experiences we could have ever asked for. This location is absolutely amazing. The house is absolutely amazing and we had everything we could have imagined thank you Matt and April for an amazing place and experience
