A comfortable 1-family home just off the Lavallette beach. Our property holds a washer, dryer, new furniture, marble countertops, and a Viking stove. A bedroom and bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor, perfect for older family members and young children! Our property is also pet-friendly and can hold up to 13 people. Great location!

Super cute house! So close to the beach and boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Owners were really easy to work with and responded quickly with questions. Highly recommend for families looking for a beach getaway!

Memorial day weekend

My husband and I took our 4 kids and 3 of their friends to the shore for MDW and has a blast. The location is perfect, close to the beach and stores, and had plenty of room for all of us.

Great getaway spot

Great location and a great host! Laura was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The house was as described and we would definitely go again. 3 houses to the beach and within walking distance to everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful pet friendly home! If you’re bringing pets, the fenced in backyard is a nice addition where pets can freely and safely roam in and out of the house. Great proximity to the beach, town and the bay. Laura was responsive and easy to work with. As with any shore rental, there are some things could be improved but overall a great place and I would certainly do it again. Thank you Laura!

Comfortable house with a great location

Overall, I would recommend this house. There were five women - high school friends celebrating our 70th birthdays. We expected 4 bedrooms, but there really are three. We made it work, with one of us using a small area (with a twin bed) adjoining the upstairs loft. The website photos and description are not completely accurate. That being said, the accommodations were very nice, as is the landlord.

Perfect Location for Family Beach Vacation

Less than 100 yds to the newly restored and protected beach made for a perfect beach vacation. We were off season, so swimming was out of the question (no lifeguards) but the water was clean and perfect for wading up to neck high. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bay beach etc. Also, within few miles of Seaside Hts boardwalk - an enjoyable rec area for families with 'youngins'. Rental price very reasonable compared to its peers. Will definitely consider a seasonal rental in the future. The facility is well furnished (incl washer/dryer) and as described. Didn't care for the email contact through Vbro, direct contact would have been preferred, but it is what is. Most times, owner was prompt to respond and did provide contact phone number had it been necessary. Otherwise, Vbro processing was efficient; would use again if necessary.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

Comfortable, spacious, right near the beach and in the center of town near everything! Tastefully decorated, nice balcony off the main bedroom. Private yard. VRBO listing would benefit from updated descriptions, pictures and amenities list. Here’s what differs: Sheets/towels are not included. The sofa was much nicer than what’s shown- it’s now a big comfy sectional with room for many. The 4th bedroom isn’t pictured (one twin bed) and the futon is in a loft area outside that small room above the living room. Tons of closet space. WiFi worked well. Outside shower was turned off for winter (in case renters need it for rinsing off fishing gear, etc.) Clothes dryer did not work (tried throughout stay)-owner notified so hopefully repaired for next tenant. Would rent again.

cute Jersey Shore beach house

House is adorable. Cute and comfortable for 2 couples and our 2 adult kids, and little dog to stay while spening Christmas with family in the area. Very close to Lavalette's charming boardwalk, great for morning walks. Future renters should be aware that this rental does not include linens for beds or bathrooms. We were not aware of that, and the owner was able to help us out. But for everyone's convenience you should be aware that you are supposed to bring your own sheets and towels.

Great location...but no reimbursement for lost day and trauma.

Great location. 3 houses from the beach/boardwalk and 3 blocks to the bay and walkable to stores/restaurants. Property manager (PM) was responsive resolving major issues. We got unlucky with a very messy partying tenant before us. PM got a high-end cleaner and new equipment delivered on our first day. However, PM would not reimburse us for a lost day and the trauma of sleeping on a soiled mattress. Deferred maintenance so mold coming out of AC and refrigerator and dishwasher not working very well. Property says "pet friendly" but PM seemed surprised we had our chill old dog. VRBO signup did not have a question asking about pet. Anywho, good location and good week despite the trauma on day 1 and not being reimbursed for a lost day. Won't stay here again but you may have better luck.

Great beach block location

The property is a perfect location for enjoying a week at the Jersey shore. There are plenty of beds, five queens and one twin , as well as a futon in total. Plenty of room to bring the family and friends. The backyard is a bit sparse and closed in, but the top balcony deck is the perfect place to enjoy a little ocean view and a breeze at night. There are 4 beach badges included with the property. We were a little disappointed with the cleanliness, but overall communication was good and we enjoyed our vacation very much. The living room room and kitchen area are so bright and beachy. Laura even went out of her way to drop off some extra wine glasses- a necessity at the beach!
