Newly Renovated UNIT 3B3: Take a deep breath and just exhale!

This one-bedroom unit offers exquisite furnishings and a sedate peaceful feeling, especially when you swivel your chair to look out at the amazing view. Master bedroom oozes tranquility and the promise of a deep night's sleep. Upscale furnishings throughout. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai. Third-floor location lets you "ooh and aah" as a panoramic view of the beach unfolds before your very eyes!

City of Sanibel License: RDWL-011271

Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

First of all we were pleased with the upgrades to the unit from our previous stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful as well. We like this location because it is secluded, yet centrally located to most everything and quiet. We will definitely stay again. We were glad to be back after a long time away due to the hurricane. The only downside is the washer and dryer are not user friendly but we we managed to work around it.

Birthday Trip to Sanibel for the Wife

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years, we have stayed at the Oceans Reach a number of time including last year, shortly after the renovation. The location is Excellent and the property is very well kept for an "on the water" property. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. On this trip we noticed a lack of hot water upon arrival. Staff member Candy immediately had a knowledgeable staff member analyze the issue. They immediately called a real plumber, and the in-line hot water heater was replaced with a new one the same day. Great customer support from all of the staff. Many Thanks. This keeps us coming back, knowing that "things" will work.

Relaxing resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean's Reach. Location is just steps from the beach, making it incredibly convenient. Our condo unit was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful upon check in. We look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful complex.

Wish there were more shells this time but we’ll be back. Don’t forget bug spray for evening walks on the beach. Dolphins too!!!

Mixed review due to no-see-ums

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so happy to see Ocean’s Reach back. It looks beautiful. The remodel in the unit we stayed is gorgeous. We do, however, have a major complaint. The very first night we were there we were eaten alive by no-see-ums on our lanai. At first we did not know what they were and called the office. We were told about the no-see-ums and advised to run the fan. We understand now they are a result of Hurricane Ian. We both ended up with hundreds of bites on our legs and arms and itched for two weeks. We probably spent $100 on sprays and ointments we got at the pharmacy on Sanibel. As soon as the pharmacist saw our legs she knew what happened to us. I think Ocean’s Reach should warn its guests and recommend that they spray with a repellant. All of our misery could have been avoided with a simple warning. We love coming to Ocean’s Reach, but were disappointed with this last visit.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved how close the beach is, the large screened in balcony, the chairs provided. It was quiet and clean. The location was easy to get to. We loved being able to check out late to maximize our time there since our flight was late in the evening. We had a wonderful stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Perfect condo for 2!

This condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location, right on the beach, and basically in the center of the island. Easy to get anywhere. Very nice, very clean. Great, relaxing view from the balcony!

Property review

Condo was totally overrated. Too expensive for what we got. Furniture was terrible. Goodwill furniture. It was clean. Lanai was the only redeeming issue. We will not be back.
