Great beach! Condo stocked with beach chairs and toys. Very comfortable beds! The unit has recently been updated. We did have an issue that needed to be addressed during our stay. The host was extremely responsive and communicated well through the process. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property right on a gorgeous Sanibel Is beach. The property is a bit dated but still very nice and well supplied. The beds are comfortable too. There is a nice heated pool right outside your balcony as well. Highly recommend!

Very short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds and loved having access to washer and dryer. Quiet complex and liked not having someone above us.

Sanibel Spring Break

Great stay for our family! Clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and the location was super convenient. Everything we needed for a relaxing, easy getaway. Highly recommend!

The condo could use an interior refresh, especially the bathroom by twin beds. The walk to the beach was very convenient and beach chairs and umbrella was very nice. The lanai was great. The pool was refreshing. Communication with Dennis was very timely and appreciative.

The condo was immaculate. Location was great. Quick walk to the beach. Fifteen minute bike ride to Ding Darling. Dennis was a great host. He answered all questions quickly. Would love to go back again.

Great Place

The property was all that it was advertised to be. Very comfortable and easy access to the beach. The VRBO host was exceptional and very responsive. We appreciated his attention to us before and during our stay. Great place to stay.

Host was welcoming place was clean. However some items amiss during stay that kept from being an excellent one: weather (not fault of host) no working fans in toilet rooms, no hand soap at kitchen (we bought one and left). Otherwise this was an enjoyable place ideally located a short walkway to beach.

I’m so sorry that your trip aligned with this crazy weather pattern that’s gripping the country and made even SW Florida so much colder than normal. As we mentioned, the bathrooms and kitchen will be undergoing a full renovation this spring. We hope you come back again to enjoy normal warm weather and to see our renovated place!

Great location. Plenty of beach gear.

We had a fantastic time on Sanibel Island. The condo is now beach front with a short walk down the boardwalk. Pool is small but heated nicely. Plenty of beach gear, coolers, floats, chairs. Kitchen well equipped for basic needs. Would recommend and stay again!

Excellent location and condo space

The condo was just perfect for our needs! So close to the beach, light, bright and spacious. Highly recommend for couples and families. Dennis was so communicative and we felt very comfortable the entire time.
