If you are on the fence about renting this place, don’t be. It’s perfect! We were a group of 4 couples and this home accommodated plenty of privacy for each, as well as plenty of space to gather. The pool was wonderful, heated without an extra charge, and lots of lounge beds for everyone. Zero annoying checkout rules- we just had to wash the dishes and throw the trash. Easy. I would recommend waiting to grocery shop until you see what the house has available to avoid buying duplicates. There was plenty of cooking oil, vinegars, spices, honey, laundry detergent etc.We will definitely be back!

Overall, nice property. While some wear is expected, it would be nice to keep things as updated as possible (outdoor furniture covers torn, appliance handles falling off, mattresses seem a bit worn out). Again, nice property overall but was expecting a bit more of a “luxurious” home based on the photos. Cameron was very nice.

Amazing piece of property. This home has every amenity you could want. Perfect house for large family or group of friends. Bedrooms are spacious and well appointed and every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom. The pool was fantastic. Heated to a perfect 81. The Jacuzzi was phenomenal. Liked everything about this property.

It was perfect for 5 women traveling to meet for high school reunion. It was as glamorous as shown in the post. Pool. Gardens. Kitchen We would love to come back. Thank you Cameron

Enjoyed.the heated pool and hot tub. by all members and ages of our family. We had a wonderful time celebrating an 80th birthday, dining at the various large table locations., playing “golf” cards and watching Madison” on tv. The beauty of the lights in the evening was picturesque.

Wonderful house for our family vacation. So many beautiful rooms, large bathrooms, warm saltwater pool & hot tub, so many activities for the kids including golf, ping pong, bags toss, and the piano was a huge hit. Music filled the house daily. The kitchen was over the top! Easy check in & check out. The best location in Palm Springs.

Everything was just as expected ! Views are top notch from the backyard ! So many things within walking distance and it was perfect for all 10 of us!! Cameron and Mitch were also awesome! Super fast at getting back with us if we had an issue or a question and went above and beyond. The Gym was a great addition and the pool was the best since they had record heat our entire trip! Would totally come back and suggest to anyone. Thank you for a memorable vacation for our boys that are graduating high school this year !!

Amazing property! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous, and the house is stunning. Our family loved the neighborhood, and found many nearby hiking trails. This vacation was definitely one of our favorites and we can’t wait to return! We had zero issues during our stay and Cameron and Mitch were extremely helpful answering any questions!

The Estate exceeded our expectations! We were a group of college friends and The Estate was the perfect place for our reunion. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and dining outside in the covered porch. The views of the mountains were stunning. Loved the location (close to airport and not too far to drive to restaurants. The only glitches were one of the dishwashers didn’t work (luckily the other one functioned) and the Safari room had three twins instead of the full bed and two twins advertised. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

Thanksgiving 2020

Fabulous property! Gorgeous house with retro vibe. Plenty of room for family of nine. Adults, teens & 4 year old all loved it. Outdoor space, especially pool & hot tub, was wonderful. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful house

This house is spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice. Literally, every detail is perfect. I’ve stayed in many houses in Palm Springs before, and this one is hands down the best. It’s a bit expensive, but it is totally worth it and the cost is completely justified given what you get for it.

Perfect girls trip house!

We had a wonderful time staying at the house. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. All of the bathrooms were clean and modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we especially appreciated the extra refrigerator and second set of washers and dryers in the garage.There was plenty of outdoor dining and seating, with lots of shaded areas. We loved floating in the pool and barbecuing under the pergola. We also took the house bikes on a short ride to grab some ice cream — such a fun touch!The check-in process was easy and seamless, thanks to the gate and door codes. Cameron and the concierge team were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.We’ll definitely be back next year!

We loved this house and would stay there again if they made one change - the beds were super soft and that threw out my back. The house and property is truly awesome but they need someone to check it between guests and they need to update the instruction/welcome book. Spa info was incorrect as were other pieces of information. iPad for equipment was missing. Garage clicker was missing. Lovely toys but they are in complete disarray. No net on ping pong table. Additionally their communication when we arrived wasn’t great - we didn’t hear from them for hours and it happened again another day. Once we learned to text the pool guy it was better. Having said all that the house is truly a 5; they just need to make these few easy updates/changes.
