Paradise

It was wonderful, but some of the neighbors were in the hot tub for hours in the middle1:30-3:00 am.. in the night and was very very loud. Other than that. It was a lovely stay with fantastic views.

Nice Place

Ski Trip. We were happy with the place and it met all of our needs. (Clean & an adequate kitchen to cook in) The Condo is actually bigger than we expected with ample space for a family of four. There are hard wood floors throughout the place and a nice mud room to hang/store all of our winter gear. It is a middle condo with direct access to the parking lot. (no stairs) We checked in after hours and picked up our keys at the office in town with no issues. Being in the mountains we encountered a big storm and were snowed in and did lose power overnight. With that, it's a good idea to have some lighting/candles if a storm is expected. The fire place was used. The excess snow was plowed in a timely manner. It's a simple place with great views in beautiful June Lake area. I would stay here again, summer or winter.

The sliding glass door from the sitting/sofa area to the balcony had a pretty extreme draft (the curtains were swinging in the breeze). It did drop the inside temperature and the heaters had to stay on to keep up. Front door lock/knob was challenging to unlock and open.

Great place

The view was magnificent. Check in and check out was very easy. Instructions were clear. All amenities as described. Easy access to Yosemite and many other attractions. We enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back if we plan to visit in the future. Recommend this property.

Great view; nice place

Property was very nice and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. Had a great view in this particular unit, not certain a lower unit would have had the same view. Wish it had lake access from the property but still close to the marina for lake access. Check in had a little to be desired as far as receiving instructions but once I got the instruction (had to message to ask) they allowed me to check in early as the unit was ready. The front door lock was a little Jenky ( turn the key left 3 times to unlock, one to the right to lock) but we figured it out. Once we got a past those little quirks, the unit was cozy and beds very comfortable. Carpeted bathroom floors around the toilet and shower seemed a bit longer unsanitary and it ideal but that’s my only complaint on the inside. Staff was friendly and responsive for check-in. Would stay here again

Beautiful property

Poor communication. We had no idea how to get in. Later found out because I asked that we had to go back down the road and grab our key from the property management store. It would have been nice to know that before showing up.

Enjoyable friendly location

Friendly people all over and a nice place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I do have two negatives: 1. Finding the office to get the keys was tough to find. The owner should make pick up instructions clear. 2. The stove top and oven are a little funny and do not cook consistently. That being said, a great place to stay and I would stay there again and would rent from these same property managers. They were great!

Location above all!

We’ve spent years visiting Mammoth Lakes, but no more! June is a gem and Interlaken 13 made our stay comfy and fun. You can get to June main parking lot driving in less than 5 mins! You can cross country ski on/around Gull Lake after less than 5 minutes walk! The views are awesome. The carpeting is newer and clean, everything was well stocked (even had cheese graters and lots of bottle openers in the kitchen). The kids loved the sled that was provided, happily tromping around the property looking for sled opportunities. (There are better hills close by or on Mammoth Scenic loop.) Our favorite highlights - the incredible views and the cozy fireplace with a garage full of wood!
