One-bedroom/one-bath, pet-friendly condo. Located on the first floor, it features a private deck with expansive view of the canal and Destin Harbor. The kitchen features a pass-through breakfast bar with two barstools. The dining table has seating for four. The living room features a sleeper sofa. The bedroom features a king bed and television. Pet Fee $100 per pet. Max 2 dogs - Max weight 45lbs per pet. Sandpiper Cove has a 10.00 grounds fee per pet due in cash upon check in Please Note: If you are planning on bringing your boat, call Sandpiper Cove to rent a slip. Trailer Parking is NOT allowed on property!

Excellent property and experience

We loved our stay and would gladly consider returning. The included beach service and Explorie excursion offers were a great bonus.My only suggestion would be to fix the lock/latch on the balcony sliding doors. A little tug on the door from the outside would easily allow forced entry. The gated community offered ease of mind here and was not a concern for us, but could be for future guests.

Peaceful

Lovely place , friendly neighbors, fabulous porch for morning sun. Perfect getaway. Pelican fly by everyday. Convenient shopping. Difficult to leave.

Perfect location!

Our family spent a week here in Sandpiper cove with our two boys and two dogs and it was absolutely perfect! Clean, great location, awesome community, and just overall great experience. We would definitely come back!

Great Destin-ation!

Really enjoyed the space - had everything we needed, nice view, and really close to the beach. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! Close to main road with lots of restaurants and activities as well.

Loved our stay

Loved our stay at this condo! Very clean and nicely updated! Loved the shower. The bed was very comfy and soft! Loved being right on the water and setting on the back porch watching the boats and sunset! We will definitely stay here again!!!

GREAT LOCATION AMAZING VIEWS

Had a great time-close to the pool-in a secluded area of the complex with beautiful paver steps and courtyard-right on the canal with views of the water and sunsets. BIG TV in the bedroom.

Wonderful location

We were surprised with a stunning water view off the deck. The pool was great and the closeness and acces to the beach was perfect. I wished ee had a chance to enjoy the prpperty more and try the golf course. Will definitely plan to return with the family.

Nice dog friendly condo near beach.

We loved the condo. It looks just like the pictures. Nice deck to sit on and watch the boats come and go. We could watch the golfers at the 8th hole. Hubby wasn’t a fan of the memory foam mattress but it was okay for me. Sandpiper Cove is very clean and well maintained. Nice walk to the beach.

cute and cozy

Very cute loved the location a great pet friendly neighborhood. It was my husband, our son, nephew, our 40 lbs boxer and I it was a little cramped for 2 kids but we mad it work. There was a pullout couch and an air mattress we ended up not using the pullout. Was very clean with great views and the private beach access was nice.

Very Clean & Cute

Came into the condo and it was very clean and even better than the pictures do justice. The view was fantastic and very close to a private beach which its on tiki hut that has food and drinks solely to the individuals staying and Sand Piper, fairly inexpensive too. Having the two beach chairs was fantastic, staff sets it up for you as well as takes down, which is nice not having to carry chairs back and forth. I extended my stay one extra day and the Property Manager was extremely accommodating and pleasant to talk to. Check in and out was a breeze. 5 out of 5, would definitely come back!

Everything made easy

The property owner made everything so easy for us. The property normally only allows for 3 dogs, but while I was researching the property I emailed and explained that I had 3 dogs and why. They were so quick to respond and accommodate to my request. Every single question I had they answered quickly and kindly and just made everything exceptionally easy. Great place, great people!

Furnishings very uncomfortable

This condo had the worst furnishings I have ever encountered with VRBO. The bed was so bad, the mattress sunk down to practically the floor. There was a thick piece of foam rubber on top that made it even worse. My husband had a strained back and could not sleep in the bed, so we left early. The living room furniture was so old, worn out and dirty we had to cover it with a sheet in order to sit down on it. I would never recommend this unit to anyone. We were so uncomfortable we decided to check out three days early

Home away from Home

Such a beautiful and cozy condo, right on the canal! All the comforts of home, and all that you need in the kitchen and bathroom, along with the linens. Relaxing views out each window. A well manicured tropical landscape throughout the resort. Step right onto the golf course, or just a walk over the bridge for pickleball and tennis. And, just a short walk to the calming white sandy beach! We absolutely enjoyed our visit!

Girls trip 2024

I took my daughter and her best friend for the week of the 4th of July. It was fantastic. We started the trip at Bog Kahunas awesome. Make sure to get a cabana to protect you from the sun. We did a fireworks boat trip, we read books on the beach, we went to Crab Island with Capt. Robby who was amazing and he let us take our puppy, we road the banana boat and were able to jump into the middle of the gulf!!! Our entire vacation was filled with wonderful memories. We can’t wait for next year!! It was everything and more!!!
