The condo was run down and musty.The shower drained very slowly. location was good.

The room was very clean. When we arrived, there was some dog waste near the door, possibly from another unit. Check in was easy and everything went smoothly. It is very pet friendly and great for families. We loved the pool. The walk across the street to the beach was not bad at all. When using the crosswalk, make sure cars fully stop since not all of them will. Everyone was kind, and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay loved the fact that we could bring our pets. The location is great close to pretty much everything. The only negative was I wish it had a washer and dryer. Other then that it had everything we needed.we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

My stay was very good, the beach was just a short walk away. Perfect location, stores,restaurants are nearby. Easy checkin. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location!

Everything was perfect for this price! Walking distance to the beach, the pool was very clean, the apartment has all you need to spend a really nice vacations. Totally recommended!

Winter get away

Chateau LeMar is a wonderful peaceful place to stay. The properties are well maintained, the our guests and owners are very pleasant. I have been staying here for the past 5 years, I come down yearly (3 times in 2024) and always look forward to staying there.

We had a few small issues but were able to call the main number to get those issues resolved. I would say that we were altogether happy with our stay and would stay again.

Great vacation with my girls

We met some wonderful people from Missouri and Ohio and had a blast. Right across from the beach so access was easy. Will hope to stay again.
