Immaculate comfortable rooms, quite neighborhood, pool and hot tub – a classic Palm Springs Experience.
The Villas are spacious, perfect for family weekend getaways, groups of friends, or couples on a special vacation, providing plenty of space for entertaining or relaxing. All of the comforts of home with complete kitchen and kitchenware. This condo is located upstairs, with two balconies facing east, and a south facing balcony off of the master bedroom. There is no elevator to get to the second floor. Property is located near many different dining options which are walking distance from your front door. Visit the new downtown of Palm Springs just a mile from the property, where more shopping, dining, and Palm Springs charm awaits.

Old but nice

This is an older building, but very clean, with nice size units, comfortable for 2-4 persons. The 2 story buildings are clustered around a nice saltwater pool. I would recommend an 2nd floor unit if you don’t mind a flight of stairs. Upstairs is quieter, more private instead of having sliding patio doors that open to the pool area or walkways. We had some annoying traffic noise one motorcycle weekend, but not bad the rest of the time. Convenient location, excellent restaurants nearby, good parking including some covered spaces)?

Great condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The pool was very clean. Great location with stores and restaurants nearby and a 5 minute drive to downtown.

VRBO WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Apartment was as described however not great if your a light sleeper. Check in process was left till the last second and had to incur phone expenses tracking down the out of hours manager as owner failed to respond to both me and VRBO re how to access the property. Road out side can be noisy. Air con is very noisy so bear this in mind if you are a light sleeper. VRBO “CUSTOMER CARE” absolutely not fit for purpose. Promise and charge for support and then dont provide any. Seriously have a plan B because this company are useless!!!! Would i return to this property if i went back to Palm springs? Probably not.

You get what you pay for

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Close to trails, grocery, and walking neighborhoods. Nice pool and the hot tub is hot! Cons: Poor communication about check in. I sent three unanswered messages. We got to the place at 6:30 PM and had no idea which unit was ours, how to get in, or how to find help. Luckily, VRBO chat provided me with a phone number and we talked to an answering service who told us how to find the "late arrival" information outside the office (which you cannot see from the street or parking lot.) Our first night there, there were 10-15 sirens and some yelling on the street. The next two nights were more calm. The unit is on a pretty busy street - Vista Chino - and very close to Indian Canyon Drive - a major thoroughfare. The sliding door to the balcony off the living room was broken and we could not lock it. We let them know on Tuesday and they fixed it Wednesday. Very friendly repairman. I expected the kitchen to have some oil, salt & pepper, etc. like other VRBOs, but this one did not have anything like that. Much more like a hotel than a VRBO, though the kitchen did have cooking items - pots, blender, etc. For the price, I probably should not expect any better than what we experienced. Again, we were in Palm Springs, had good weather, played tennis and hiked, enjoyed the pool area...so still had a very nice trip despite some drawbacks.

Wonderful

Check-in was easy and staff very pleasant! Condo was very, very nice and spotless! Kitchen more than adequate with appliances and essentials all fairly new. Property grounds very clean and nicely maintained… I can’t say enough about the location of this place! Walkable or short Uber ride to everything! Very pleased!

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights as our home base for enjoying local architecture. This was my second stay in the property. Very comfortable, clean, and a great location: very close to several residential architectural gems!

Palm Springs Weekend

This property was a good value for the money. It was close to most things. The property was quite clean and had a very nice pool and Jacuzzi. The staff were quite pleasant and helpful. It is family friendly. The beds could’ve been a touch more comfortable but overall, Really enjoyed it. Will stay here again perhaps.

A great place! The location is ideal! 10-15 minutes from anywhere you want to go. The pool area has a misting system, which in August was very appreciated. The office staff was knowledgeable & helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Perfect spot!

We loved our stay here! A couple with three teens and it suited us perfectly! Great location, nice set up and the pool was definitely a favorite! The bbq’s also were great to make suppers. Clean, easy check in process, good amenities, we would definitely recommend! Thanks!

Girls’ Trip

Perfect for us! Location is great. Condo is spacious and stocked with everything you need. We loved that there were three balconies to enjoy the cooler evenings. Pool was fun and provided shade which is a huge plus. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Expected amenities

No problems with the property. However, since we enjoy Wine, upon arrival, there was no wine opener in the kitchen, I went to the market and purchased one. I also left it there for future travelers who enjoy wine.....

Very Pleasant Condo and Nice Central Location!

The condo was great, super clean, comfy, and has all you need for a fun stay in Palm Springs. Nice central location, but not too close to be in the noise and traffic. Check-in was super easy and the front office check-in and out was fantastic, she even took the time to answer our many questions and give some "locals" guidance. The only small issue we had was our coffee maker did not work, the front desk came through immediately and we were able to get a new one in minutes! Jeffrey, the host, is prompt and gave us great service. We had so much fun, you will love it in Palm Springs!
