Perfect location and dog friendly

Walkable area, comfortable bed, perfect little place for me and my chihuahua. Great communication with the owner. I’d definitely stay again. Such a cute little complex.

Great location and a nice place

We’ve stayed at a variety of places in the PS area but this one stands out. The location allows easy walking to the heart of downtown, same with the new art museum. Everything we needed; kitchenette, pool and quiet. Reasonable price. We’d gladly stay here again.

Close to main st downtown

Cute little getaway with the pool right outside your door. A little dated but clean and walking distance to everything downtown. Would stay here again!

Great little place convenient to downtown Palm Springs

This property is in a great location, in a residential neighborhood, but still just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs and Museum of Art. The room had very comfortable bed, spacious closet, complete kitchenette, and nice size pool. Very quiet and safe. I would definitely come here again.

Nice little property.

Nice little place and truly dog friendly. On site host was a very wonderful and caring host. Location was great! Walking distance to downtown and lots of great food. We will definitely be coming back to stay

Central to all things downtown Palm Springs has to offer. Cole was a great host and the unit was as advertised.

Room 4 Desert House

The TV controls were terrible. Volume was too load, tried to reset controls and got bumped out of network, and could not get back in. Someone needs to reset before next guests arrive.Inside the room was nice. Outside needs a lot of repairs. Roof was trashy, old screen door on top, trees had a lot of dead wood.

Perfect location!’

We were pleasantly surprised arriving here at how close the location is to downtown PS. Directions to the villa were perfect as we were arriving at night. Other guests staying here were very friendly and the pool is the perfect cool place to be in this hot sun. Clean, quiet, and so charming. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location

The property was perfect for a week of hiking and sun. Very close to 3 trails and the pool was perfect for sunning. The location to downtown is perfect with a 2 block walk amd you are there.

Great Location

The property is conveniently located a few blocks from the Palm Springs Art Museum, shopping and dining. The property and room were clean and comfortable. The parking area is covered in small rocks so you can’t roll your luggage which could be a problem if you can’t carry your suitcase. The bathroom needs upgrading but the water pressure was good and the water was hot for a shower. The bathroom has its own heater which is nice.

Dynamite location and Perfect!

Location was the best; Quiet @ night; Room was clean with comfortable bedding/towels. Pool was refreshing and relaxing. Definitely comes highly recommended.

An excellent property. The location is perfect. Rooms are great. We will definitely return. We never had to speak to a manager because everything was right.

Great location!

We wanted something close to the Thursday night street fair but still at a reasonable rate. This place was both. My only negative would be the streaming-only available on the TV, no local stations.

Cute stay right downtown

Overall very cute place and just what we needed. Walking distance to downtown and it’s by everything, very cute neighborhood. Only weird thing is that when we couldn’t find the lock box on the pillar we rang the door bell for assistance and she didn’t seem very happy to help us, not sure if it was property manager or what who lives in #1 but never asked how everything was either the many times we made contact.. Very strange but overall great place and would recommend

Great spot

We loved the well heated pool steps from our room and being so close to the lively downtown but on such a quiet street. The property is well maintained and tastefully decorated, and the small kitchen had what we needed. Only complaint is that the bath towels were thin and barely bigger than hand towels. But it’s such a lovely spot we’ll stay again.

Great location!

Great location to Downtown Palm Springs. Walking distance to many stores/restaurants. Clean and tidy, very functional stay. Could have used some hand towels in the bathroom and maybe an ice machine on property. First world problems for sure. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property!

Super location, historic property that is well maintained, host was super responsive. We will definitely be back! If you have small kids, the pool is literally five steps, no gate, from your room door. It was lovely for us, sparkling and warm, and very accessible. 😎

Awesome location

Amazing location to downtown, easy walk to many spots. Property was clean and comfortable. The room was a little worn and could use a spruce up but I had everything I needed, the pool was really nice and warm, and process to check in was simple. Sometimes hard to get in and out of the front gate when you have your hands full. Otherwise I would stay again!
