Vanessa was easy to get a hold of and communicated in a timely fashion. Property was quiet and offered a lot of shade. Beds were comfortable. Despite the heat, the AC kept the house cool.

Loved the walking trail and easy access! Close to dining and interstate. Only recommendations would be extra towels/wash cloths and laundry detergent for the onsite washer/dryer. Beautiful neighborhood!

House had everything we needed for our short stay. Central location so made getting around easy. Peaceful and safe. We did hear lots of highway noise but figured it was weekend traffic. No TV but you do have options to use your own login to watch TV.Host was very helpful and communicated well.

House was a little smaller & older than expected narrow bdrms & bathrooms . But it was clean & well stocked with what we needed, & the location was great for us. easy access to the frwy & the city . Nice quiet neighborhood

Would stay again

The location was close to highways so it was easy to get around, yet it was a quiet oasis. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed each nights rest. The beds were super comfy!

The place was great it was close to everything and fully stocked with all of the kitchen appliances you could possibly need. The only suggestion is to add more towels, she only provided one towel per guest and we stayed over a week so we had to wash the towels quite often.

Cute Home Away from Home

I stayed with my daughter , son in law and grandsons and we had a great time. Wonderful yard for little ones to play , Comfortable Beds and Well Stocked Kitchen!

Great location and comfy beds

Although it was an older property, it suited our needs well - four 60 women who like to eat, shop and explore. The beds were comfortable and the towels were plush and plentiful. It was in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all we wanted to do. Nothing fancy but was everything we needed.

Weekend Stay While Visiting Family

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The house was perfect for us. The parking was great, and the house was so cozy and clean! We will be staying here again when we come back to town.

My son (now 15) and I moved to Kansas a few years ago because I wanted him to be in one of the best school districts with teachers who cared about his success. A few of our favorite things to do are to make memories and build. Whether that's watching hilarious cat videos on YouTube before bed or building a Star Wars lego set non-stop for 6 hours on the weekend.

You are probably thinking, "Why does this matter to me?" It matters because providing the space that others will make lasting memories is meaningful to us. It also helps us build the legacy we dream about for our small family.

We may not be the cheapest option, but we strive to deliver on quality, aesthetics, and ease of communication.

We don't have 20 different properties we are managing at once because we value each guest and their experience.
