The host Vanessa was excellent. She always replied with in 1 hour or less. I rented 2 of her places for work my guys were doing in the area. The homes were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house's are older properties so a few updates could be done. But overall the properties are worth the money especially to me because of the savings staying in the houses compared to hotel rooms for my crew.The neighborhood was quiet and easy access to restaurants. I would recommend and have to other colleagues doing work in the area

This was an ideal place for our family to gather while in the area for a wedding. We enjoyed the five bedrooms and nice gathering rooms. Vanessa was especially accommodating and responsive!

This host was very accommodating with our various travel times. The host was perfect for large families, clean and very nice inside and out. We felt right at home and will schedule again.

I love how the property was well stocked with essential cooking spices, oils, dishwasher soap, and both kinds of coffee for either drip or K-cup machines.

Great House is a Great Location

This house was comfortable and a great place to stay. It was centrally located for all of the things we wanted to do in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

This is a very clean place. very child friendly with a park nearby within walking distance. Close to a major highways and easy to get to downtown Kansas City. Good beds lots of bathrooms

Our party of four stayed two nights in late April 2026. We were quite pleased with our stay in these accommodations. The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, well furnished, tidy, with a well-maintained yard and a very nice neighborhood. The location is ideal, providing easy access to numerous local restaurants, shopping venues, and attractions. The property was a superb value for our party of 4 and it will be for all parties of 4-10 people. We recommend it highly for your stay in the Kansas City area. Our hostess provides clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out, along with details about use of the various items associated with the property. Our hostess is superb! She is quite easy to work with, and she communicates with us regularly. We appreciate our hostess very much.

Basketball tournament family trip

Easy to get to Bluhawk sports complex. Elderly parents said upstairs shower was the best they’ve ever had. Place was very accommodating.
