This home is absolutely beautiful, fully stocked with just about anything you can imagine needing, and - hands down - the cleanest place I have ever rented. My mom sister and I have vacationed in many locations all over the country and all very impressed. The owner provided more information and communicated more than expected. I would 100% rent from this seller again and highly recommend. The views from all rooms was amazing and the beach was incredible. The sunrises are beautiful

Beautiful, well appointed home right on a quiet stretch of beach - excellent choice for a beach getaway plus you have the restaurants and nightlife of St Augustine within a short drive. We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO properties and this one ranks high on our list.

What a wonderful stay! The host was extremely helpful. Lots of great suggestions and complete info about our stay. The house is absolutely incredible! The view of the ocean is to die for! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful views. Our only complaint would be that one of the beach chairs was broken and the umbrella for the table on the porch was missing. We loved the place so much we may come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tipsy Turtle. Unobstructed views of the ocean, super quiet beach, all the amenities in the house you could need. We had big plans of exploring the area and eating out at local restaurants but when it came down to it we barely left the house as it was so relaxing and just what we were looking for. We were so sad to leave but hope to be back.

So impressed!! The description on VRBO does not do justice to how nice this home is. We had a great time in our stay. The cleanliness was obvious right away and everything is updated and works well. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable and well decorated. We were truly spoiled by the graciousness and hospitality of the host. The beach is relatively private with just a few surrounding houses. The host provides everything that is needed to relax on the beach and even included a few refreshments in the secondary refrigerator in the garage. A turtle visited and laid eggs one night while we were there as well. Parking was easy. The garage and driveway could easily accommodate a car or 2 and there is a gravel area where we easily parked our SUVWe loved the secluded location of the house and the easy access to Ponte Vedra shopping and St. Augustine activities. We can’t say enough of things about this place and will definitely return in the future

Enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well stocked with all our in house needs. Well stocked with beach items such as towels and chairs The gas grill was new and used for family grilling. The beach view was amazing in the house and outside on the deck. Nice private beach.
