Come relax in a Beach Home located directly the beach!!
A relaxed and freshly-decorated two bedroom two bath Beach House located ON the beach awaits you. You conveniently walk into a living space with a picturesque Atlantic Ocean view. Relax in the living room on three couches that all allow for a full view of the beach and ocean. One couch lends itself to a pull-out sofa in the living room. Make your way to the beach from one of the entryways from the family room. You are just steps away from the ocean and beach fun.
This home is excellent if you are a paddle boarder, kayaker, fisherman; there is plenty of room to put your toys in the water, right from your back yard.
An eat-in fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The table in the kitchen seats 4-6 and perfect for a snack or meal.
The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed with a TV and an attached full bath. You have a full view of the Atlantic Ocean and glass sliding doors open to allow you access to the full wrap around porch and beach.
The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed and a double bunk bed. This bedroom connects to a full bath. This room lends itself to a couple stay or place for a roomful of kid fun.
This house has a full UPPER and LOWER deck to enjoy the view. The upper deck allows for grilling on the gas grill. Chairs and lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation on both levels. The lower level allows those to escape the sun and still enjoy the outdoors and the VIEW. Perfect spot to catch up on your beach read.
An added bonus and convenience is a hot and cold enclosed private outdoor shower. Shower off the sun and fun of the day easily.

This property is really nice. We have been coming to S. Ponte Verde for years and love this location and this house. It’s right across from the preserve as well. Walk out the door and you are at the beach. There is also a great sitting area below, in case you are getting too much sun. Highly recommended!

The beautiful ocean view and private beach were right at the back door! The house's location was great and conveniently situated near Mickler's Beach and St. Augustine. We stayed outdoors for the majority of our stay, so bring or rent a beach canopy because the Flordia sunshine is hot! During our stay, we discovered cool shark teeth and seashells, went crab hunting, and even spotted dolphins! These experiences created cherished memories that my family will treasure.

Cute house right on the beach. It had everything we needed. We were just one couple but it could comfortably hold 4 adults. Great location, hosts were fantastic and very responsive. We would stay here again

Beach house was a nice place to stay for my family of four. Wonderful to stay right on the beach and watch the sunrise each morning. Even with the sliding doors closed the sound of the ocean was there. The deck was very large - great views. The lower patio was also a nice space - the swing is no longer there (a hammock would be an amazing addition). We had a great trip and the cozy beach house was comfortable to come back to after sightseeing. Host was responsive.

Fantastic vacation
My family and I loved our stay! It was exactly the peaceful beach getaway we needed. Love the little beach cottage and definitely plan to stay here again!

Beautiful home that met our expectations. Clean with lovely furnishings. Comfy beds and sofas. Kitchen is well equipped. Contact with host was on point. Quiet location, yet close proximity to tourist attractions. Highly recommend. This is now our go to place next time we're in the area. Loved it!

Beach Fun!
We had a blast and already miss the beach! Host and house were great and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach! We enjoyed all the typical beach activities, especially hunting for shark teeth!

Our Favorite
Third time we've stayed here. We've stayed at many places along the Vilano/S. Ponte Vedra stretch, but this is the perfect place for us. Small, quiet, clean, and it has everything we need. Really perfect!

Fun time!
We loved staying here for our vacation! It had everything you could possibly need and more! We had so much fun and will definitely be back! I loved being able to stay right on the beach.

This was an amazing location we had a great time the house was nice beach right out back huge deck it was like a private beach nice and quiet would definitely recommend we would definitely look into staying again

Great Vacation
This was our second time staying at this property and we have loved it each time. Everything is great inside and of course outside being right on the water. The host was great with communication before and during the stay with whatever we needed.

Very nice beach house
Everything as expected, really enjoyed walking on the beach right outside the door. Well stocked kitchen, very clean and enjoyable beach house!
