A relaxed and freshly-decorated two bedroom two bath Beach House located ON the beach awaits you. You conveniently walk into a living space with a picturesque Atlantic Ocean view. Relax in the living room on three couches that all allow for a full view of the beach and ocean. One couch lends itself to a pull-out sofa in the living room. Make your way to the beach from one of the entryways from the family room. You are just steps away from the ocean and beach fun.
This home is excellent if you are a paddle boarder, kayaker, fisherman; there is plenty of room to put your toys in the water, right from your back yard.

An eat-in fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The table in the kitchen seats 4-6 and perfect for a snack or meal.

The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable Queen size bed with a TV and an attached full bath. You have a full view of the Atlantic Ocean and glass sliding doors open to allow you access to the full wrap around porch and beach.

The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size bed and a double bunk bed. This bedroom connects to a full bath. This room lends itself to a couple stay or place for a roomful of kid fun.

This house has a full UPPER and LOWER deck to enjoy the view. The upper deck allows for grilling on the gas grill. Chairs and lounge chairs are provided for your relaxation on both levels. The lower level allows those to escape the sun and still enjoy the outdoors and the VIEW. Perfect spot to catch up on your beach read.

An added bonus and convenience is a hot and cold enclosed private outdoor shower. Shower off the sun and fun of the day easily.

YES! This house has FREE Wi-Fi, & Cable, no smoking and no pets allowed in this home. Sleeps 4-6 .

Listen to the waves

We had a great time staying in this quaint home on the beach. We love listening to the rolling waves and watching the sunrise over the ocean. This is a very quiet beach house without many people on the beach when we were there. All the amenities were there and readily available. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet sea side place to get away!

Not completely satisfied

Overall it was ok. Some problems did arise. The kitchen was infested with big ants. The hall bathtub didn’t drain properly. The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work properly ( could only get one channel). The location and surrounding were good

Wonderful location

Property was clean and very close to beach. We had beach to ourselves. We loved the privacy. The owner was a phone call away. The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the commodes need to be taller.. My husband and I are in our 70’s and it makes a difference. Will definitely stay again. Loved it. We loved the privacy. House was wonderful.

Mixed Feelings

There were pros and cons to this stay, so I want to be fair in this review. PROS: 1.The location is UNBEATABLE. It was gorgeous and lots of space on both sides of the property. It is a 5 out of 5 for location. 2. The hosts were very communicative and check in was very easy. CONS: 1. The pictures on the VRBO site make the rooms look larger than they are, especially the bedrooms. It felt very crammed. 2. Bugs. From the moment we entered the house, there were very large roaches on the floor. There were red ants on both the white couch and the white bedspread in the primary bedroom and there were spiders on the ceiling. This was constant and made it hard to relax. The house does not have much insulation from the outside. 3. The rugs and sofa cover felt dirty. Again, it was hard to relax. We put towels on the couch when we sat there. 4. The bunk beds are not usable. They are VERY shaky and not safe to sleep on, as well as the bottom bunk is so high that even a child could not sit on that bed without hitting their head on the wooden planks. It felt very make shift. Also, the ladder was blocked by the night stand. At this price point, I would have expected not to have these cons. If you are only interested in the beach, this location is amazing, but if you also like to enjoy the inside of the home, I would not recommend this property.

Fabulous

This is our fifth or sixth summer staying at this property--for a reason. Hard to find a better spot--right on the beach, no close neighbors, and very responsive hosts. I don't know if it's being on the beach or being stuffed with seafood, or the mattress, but I sleep better here than anywhere!

Perfect location/maintenance 4/10

We enjoyed our stay. House is in good location. Everything was super convenient which is exactly what we were looking for with children. However we did get scolded for taking the bed spreads and protectors off the beds. Which confused us bc we assumed they would wash before the new guest came in. It also sounds like they do not wash their white couch covers after every guest so I would highly recommend bringing some disinfectant spray and not allow your children to sit on their furniture. Also the bugs were a bit on the active side. We all felt super itchy in the house. Great house, great location but the maintenance could be better.

Super Close to the Ocean

Feels like a private beach. Its insane how close the ocean. St. Augustine is close and loaded with tons of fun stuff and great restaurants as well.

Absolutely Perfect!

We could not have asked for a better property for our last vacation before our son leaves for the Army. The interior offered everything we needed for staying in and for relaxing after a day of sight seeing. The exterior was beyond what I could have imagined. Plenty of space to hang out in the sun or in the shade, my son particularly loved the swing. Having an empty lot on each side made it feel like we had our own private beach and made it easier for this nervous momma to be able to relax and just enjoy watching the kiddos play. Thank you for sharing your property and allowing us to make memories that will last a lifetime.

Best House Yet

This is my family and I's 4th time staying in an airb&b on this beach. This was our favorite house we have stayed in here. It was clean, spacious, and had amazing views! The absolute best part of the house is the bottom patio. We had a 2 year old and it was a perfect place for him to get a break from the sun and safely run around with his toys. We also really appreciated the driveway. It was easy to spot, park, and turn around in which can be hard to come by in that area.

The Perfect Spot

This was the second time we've stayed here. We've rented many houses in the area over the years, but this is definitely the one that's perfect for us. Great size for 2-4 people. A beautiful, quiet beach with very few people (what we want!). Easy access to Ponte Vedra, Jax Beach, or St. Augustine. The house is clean and comfortable and communication with Rick and Sharon is quick and easy. Top notch rental!!

Relaxing Stay

We found the property to include all we needed for a relaxing long weekend. The view was exceptional. The only drawback that didn't affect us because we ate out was the condition of the grill.

Great Vacation

A perfect stay!!!

We just spent the week before Easter at this house! House is designed out of a Pottery Barn catalog with full amenities in the kitchen. We had so much privacy and the beach basically to ourselves. We watched the sunrise every morning and enjoyed coffee on the deck and cocktails at night. It was a perfect space for our family of four. Just a quick 15 minutes to St. Augustine’s. Cap’s on the Water was our favorite restaurant and right down the road. The gas station within walking distance has any amenities you need- fishing rods, beach stuff, wine, snacks, paper goods. We had a perfect stay! Thank you to our hosts!

Beautiful vacation home

The house was a small peaceful family home directly on the beach! Loved the huge porch and area under the deck where we could escape the rain if needed. We were so close to the water and conveniently located right near a gas station! You can tell there has been some wear and tear on the house over the years. In the kids bedroom only one out of four outlets worked. We were also a little disappointed that there wasn’t many games to play inside or out for homebound days but we made it work. Otherwise the house was pretty well equipped with towels, a few beach toys plenty of seating inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone looking for a small quiet beach house stay!

Perfect escape

This was such a lovely vacation and break from our city life in Philadelphia. My sister recently moved to Ponte Vedra so we came out to visit between Christmas and New Years. It was cold, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the amazing sunrises and walks on the beach this house has to offer. The owners were great at communicating and it truly felt like a home away from home.

Perfect Beach House

Relaxing beach get-away

We had a wonderful, relaxing visit to this quiet area of Ponte Vedra beach, where we were often the only people in view! This home was the perfect beach cottage, clean and right on the ocean. Plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the ocean view and breeze. Easy Uber/drive to local restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown St. Augustine. Highly recommend!

Great views and lots of privacy

Great views and always a breeze. Ocean was red flags everyday but when tide goes out you can at least wade into sand bar. Swing was down that was shown in pictures that was disappointing, but plenty of other great places to sit and read of take in the view.
