Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful home! The kitchen was so well-equipped, the backyard was gorgeous, we had breakfast out there every morning and the beds were incredibly comfy. Having two living rooms was such a nice touch too, since there were six of us - gave everyone plenty of room to spread out read or books and relax.We loved how clean and well-equipped everything was overall, and we had a truly lovely time.We really enjoyed our stay and appreciate your hospitality!Ellie

This is the best VRBO and Martha is an excellent host, very responsive and very nice. This property is pristine and impeccably clean! Love this place and hope to come back someday.

This property was located in a great neighborhood in an excellent location to both Irvine Laguna Neill, and obviously Mission Viejo. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the south Orange County area.

The best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Top-of-the-line furnishings and everything we could possibly ever need was there. The communication with Martha was also amazing. Would stay here again soon!!

Wonderful!

Martha is an excellent host and the property was great! She really thought of everything in terms of amenities. The house was cozy, clean, large, and comfortable.

A great stay at a great home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, exceptionally clean and our host very helpful. Everything from start to finish worked as stated. We also enjoyed breakfast on the patio. Pretty neighborhood and quiet. Would love to stay here, again! Thanks!

Impressive

We travel quite often to Southern California. This is, by far, the best place we have rented in Mission Viejo. It is worth the price.

The perfect home. It was so hard to leave!

All the details have been thought about when you stay at this beautiful home. They have everything you could ever need. It is so organized and clean. I stayed here with my husband, two young kids, and my mom. We were so comfortable and cozy. Kitchen is well stocked, and hallway cabinet has a lot of extra supplies you might need. The pictures are accurate, and in person the home is even more lovely. Highly recommend this stay!

Perfect for our family visit

This was the cleanest, most thoughtfully appointed rental home we have ever stayed in. The owner thought of everything to make out familiarity with the workings of the home seamless. Lovely patio for quiet mornings and comfortable beds for a sound night’s sleep. We were in town visiting grandparents and the location was close and convenient. Thank you.

Fantastic Hosts

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old for a few days. The house is impeccably clean and organized and has everything you could possibly need. Martha is a lovely host and was very understanding and accommodating when we had a series of unexpected travel delays that shortened our trip. We come to Mission Viejo frequently to visit family and this will be our rental every time if possible.

Our New Southern California Home

This has been the best VRBO experience I have had to date. Martha provided exceptional communication and exceeded our expectations! My family and I truly enjoyed our experience in Mission Viejo large in part to this property and Martha! I absolutely recommend this property based on location. It is quiet and located strategically giving options to LA and San Diego and everything in between. The house is well appointed and truly is home away from home! Thank you Martha!

Pretty Perfect

Wow. What an amazing stay at this lovely house. The pictures don't do it justice. It was incredibly clean, so well organized and supplied. I really don't think I have ever stayed at a rental home that was so thoughtfully taken care of. Martha was an excellent host and responded quickly on the few occasions we had a question during our two week stay. Location is great...not far from the highways but close to everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely Wonderful Rental Experience

We are so impressed with everything about this home. It is by far the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The home was immaculate when we arrived--everything was so clean and well cared for. We can tell Martha pays attention to every detail of the home. The home is also well stocked. We were delighted to find water bottles in the fridge, shower supplies, extra linens, sunscreen, laundry detergent, etc. The air conditioning was wonderful after a long day at the beach. All three beds were comfortable. Even the backyard was fun to relax in. It was so nice to be able to park in the cool, epoxied garage. We hope this rental is available next time we come to Southern California. Martha was very easy to communicate with and checking out was simple.

Our first Air B n B

Martha was an amazing host and the property was spectacular. One issue we had was that the beds were pretty high and we had trouble getting into bed. The bed in the main bedroom was a tad uncomfortable and really soft. I don't know if that is normal, but it was just very uncomfortable, and I had a backache in the morning. If you stay, just know this. Martha was spectacular and there is nothing you'd need - the house is well equipped and beautiful. Thank you, Martha. I wasn't clear on whether or not we can get the cleaning deposit back. This was our first experience with an Air B n B.

Very Clean and Relaxing 😎

Unfortunately, we only live a mile away in Rancho Santa Margarita, and had water leak damage at our townhome to the point where we had to move out temporarily. It was actually a blessing in disguise. We were so stressed out because of this situation, but once we arrived at the home, the house manager was so amazing and made sure the house was extra clean for our disabled daughter with respiratory problems. It was fully stocked with brand new condiments Paper plates and cups all of the cleaning supplies for laundry, etc. and it is hands-down the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at! We were able to barbecue in the backyard and listen to the fountain even though we live a mile away we were considering staying there because we loved it so much!

Exactly what you are expecting

Clean house with everything you may need. Lots of room for guests to do dinner outside or entertain inside. Rooms are close together to be able to hear little ones. Would stay again next trip! Thanks Martha!!

Awesome property close to Anaheim/LA

This property was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was stocked with anything one would need to prepare meals. Having some water bottles and sparkling water waiting in the fridge was a nice touch and appreciated after a long day traveling. The patio is great with plenty of seating. The owner communicated well and made sure we didn’t have any problems checking in or out. I highly recommend this property.
