Lots of ocean beauty from the large bedroom sliding glass door to the grass and patio viewing. State of the art Baths with marble and rainforest shower heads. One Tub/Shower combo-One walkin shower.

The complex boasts a newly remodeled heated pool, workout room, three jacuzzi, one contiguous to this condo with ocean view. We have been staying in Dana Point for over 30 years and this condo is definitely our new favorite place to stay! The ocean and foilage view from the patio and the condo is beautiful! The condo was clean, well stocked, and organized. Communication with Mary was easy and quick. Thank you!

Wonderful view of the ocean from most rooms and the patio. The ocean breezes were delightful. We didn’t need to use the a/c. The master bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. Gate attendants were professional. Kitchen was well equipped, including spices and oils. The jacuzzi was right next door. It was a good temperature and patio furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming again next year.

Wonderful location and views, spacious layout, well-furnished. On-site info was sparse but the property manager was incredibly responsive and friendly. One of the better equipped kitchens we've had in VRBO's. The only issue we had was noise from upstairs neighbors in the wee hours, but what can you do? Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Gym was updated since the last time we were there. Pool was heated. Three hot tubs on property. No better view of the ocean on the property in my opinion. Can't wait to come back next year.

Amazing location! A hidden gem in one of the very best communities in Southern California. The condo was better in person than in the pictures. Everything was in order and easy.Mary was responsive and easy to work with. We are already planning our next visit to this beautiful home away from home.

Great property with amazing views. Mary was great and answered all of our questions. She was a wonderful host. We enjoyed sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. Home was well stocked with everything necessary for a beautiful and relaxing stay.

This is a wonderful condo with a great location & a beautiful view. We loved sitting on the patio & enjoying the view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever we needed. Nice walk to the beach & we appreciated the beach chairs & umbrella provided. Mary was great to work with & gave us some recommendations of places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for a week here and we were very comfortable. The beds, towels, tv selections, view and well stocked kitchen were a hit!The only complaint, that others had also mentioned, is that you are on a bottom unit, so you hear noise upstairs. This wouldn’t stop us from coming back though. Enjoyed very much!

Great place near the beach!

We had a great stay at Monarch Beach! The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. It has incredible ocean views and is right next to the hot tub. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay, great location and beautiful views! Any issues were taken care of promptly. Wish we could have stayed longer but we look forward to staying here again!

The photo above is of me, Mary, the Property Manager. The owner purchased this property as her retirement condo. She got one of the best ocean views in Dana Point! She has recently gotten interested in turning this into a vacation rental, and had the entire property redone. The photos show how beautiful it is, and comfortable. She hopes you will enjoy your stay in Monarch Beach's luxury neighborhood. She travels a lot and especially enjoys Chicago and Hawaii's climbing trails.

When this property became available, Anna came down fast to secure one of the best views in Dana Point. OVERLOOKING the Links golf and the Monarch Beach Resort Hotel and Spa , full view to ocean and Catalina Island. One day she will retire here, but in the meantime, it's yours to enjoy.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Anna enjoys the privacy and security this area affords. We have a 24 hour gate attendant and private garage. Unspoiled view of the ocean and golf course. Next to the Monarch Beach Resort hotel & Golf . The Nature Trail runs through the Golf Course. You pass a duck filled lake, and a snack bar (grilled burgers, etc). The hotel runs a tram you can catch mid way if you want. They have "trolley stops here" signs posted along the path.
