A unique private secondary unit attached to main house. The entrance to space is private & includes a full bed with mini fridge, coffee maker, tv and AC/heater. The space also includes a private bathroom with shower. The space is located near all Central Florida attractions including Disney, Universal, Silver Spurs Arena and just 40 minutes from Cocoa Beach, FL. Community pool is available for use during warm weather. Perfect for a couples getaway to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer!

Cozy and simple.

Nice little spot tucked away in Kissimmee area. Host was quick and responsive, and was not too far away from all the fun attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Basic Homebase

It had what we needed. A bed, a shower, and a low price in a strategic location. Shower was a bit temperamental with the hot water but we didn't even reach out about it because it wasn't a huge issue. Would do it again but only if minimalism is your cup of tea.

We were in town for a livestock show.

All the hotels were booked solid. Found this place on VRBO. It was a great alternative to a hotel. Very reasonably priced. Thanks for the room.

Cozy Clean, updated bath. Great price

Property is a gated community. The room behind the property has nice floors, an updated bathroom, a fridge and microwave and a TV with a variety of things to fall asleep to. Nice place for the price. Host was very nice and quickly helped me when I asked.

Simple and efficient room.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet comes to mind. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Close to VAMC Lake Nona / Medical City and convenient for an out-patient veteran. Supermarket and other goods and services are close by. Thank you Daniela.

Weekend stay

It like 20 mins from disney. Nothing fancy. Just your basic necessities. Great for 1 person or couple. Bathroom is small. Overall good experience.

Just what we needed

Small room that is just right for a small getaway where all you need are the basics. Supplied shampoo, soap, towels, and coffee. Great for a place to shower and crash after a day of parks.

Was asked to move rooms after I was settled. Also. Mold is evident in bathroom

I had low expectations because of price, but I was asked to move rooms when I did not have time to switch. Then they had to remove the entire doorknob to change it because of the mix-up with another customer in another one of their rooms that took off with that key. It was an honest mistake which I have grace for, but I have not heard a single word back when I tried to address the issue and let them know they have mold (I included images of bathroom seam from wall to ceiling above bathroom sink where it's located). I cannot in good conscience leave a good review when my experience was terrible and then the health concern with the mold which they have not answered me about.

Could have been better.

Location was in a gated community. It was within walking distance to stores and places to eat. That worked out for me as I did not rent a car. Unfortunately there were a few things I did not like... the room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was just a narrow trip. If I was any bigger in size, I would have had a problem navigating around. In place of a closet, there was a dresser. There was no place to prepare food. It had a mini fridge but no coffee maker. I feel a few kitchen items could have been provided. A pool was advertised but upon arrival, said it was closed due to covid. It was in fact not closed. I feel I was not allowed to use it as this was a community pool. Parking was provided but limited to one spot with the building number, yet when my guests visited, the spot was unavailable many days. Visitor parking was also unavailable. There was an exchange of words with a nearby neighbor over his parking spot being taken after my guests could not find a place to park. The room worked out for me because I was travelling alone. I just wish there was more honesty in the advertisement and details provided. I was not sure of the location at first as I had to wait until the day before my flight to get information. I would be okay staying there again as I now know what to expect but may not due to a few listed inconveniences.

Graduation stay from Capella University

I enjoyed my stay at D's place. The only two things I would like to see changed are: raising the mirror in the bathroom and getting a another or change the lock on the door to a stronger one or doing a code lock, no need for a key. Will use again.

Not what I expected

The room was nice…Much smaller than it appears but nice. There is no pool access as described and the refrigerator is only about half the size of the pictured. The privacy of the separate entrance was a plus; however, I would Not have paid what was asked if I had known the pool was not available, even during the summer months. That was extremely disappointing and false advertising.
