Its residential area is a 5-minute drive from the city center and the market, very pleasant with its lively terraces every Wednesday and Saturday morning.

Housing :

Single storey villa of 130 m2, surrounded by wooded and flowered grounds of 1600 m2, and with a pretty square swimming pool (5 by 5).
In this villa, we live all summer outside! It is indeed very pleasant, with its large arbor in canes, sheltering a garden furniture so comfortable that one does not even sit on deckchairs any more! ... You will appreciate the calm, the view, and the meals taken with friends or family on the large teak table that can accommodate up to 12 people. (Gas plancha available)
A light breeze will sometimes cool you down, but just enough!

Upon entering the villa you will find:
- on your right, the large main room (60 m2), composed of a living room, and an open kitchen with its central island.
A bay window with brick partition gives direct access to the outside, the kitchen also has a French window opening onto the terrace
- in front of you: the 1st bedroom (160 cm bed, French window leading to the outside, southern exposure) with its private dressing room and its bathroom, Italian shower and WC
- on the left: a corridor leads to the shower room (Italian style), the 2nd bedroom (160 cm bed, French window opening onto a terrace shaded by an arbor, south exposure), the 3rd bedroom (140 cm bed, window, east exposure)
- Even more to the left, there is a 2nd WC with a hand basin

In summer there reigns in this villa a very Zen atmosphere, undoubtedly thanks to this big arbor covered with canisses as on certain beaches. It is very "cozy"! We are so good that we sometimes don't even want to move!

No air conditioning (we never needed it because the house is well insulated, however we have a refreshing floor that we have lit 2 times 1 week in 8 years during exceptional heat waves), but you will have fans (1 per bedroom ) !
Please note that the refreshing floor is only available with an additional € 80 per week. There is no need to request it in advance. You can see if the fans are enough and ask only if it is too hot for you.

WIFI available and good quality connection

The house is rented whole so travelers will have access to all rooms. Only the crawl space and a technical room outside the house will be closed.
I will not be on site but I remain available to answer questions from travelers


The accommodation is located in Draguignan, Provence-Alpes-Côte d Azur, France.
The avenue de Grasse is the most residential area of Draguignan, it is quiet, in height, the house thus has a beautiful view over the hills.
The neighborhood is ideal for getting out of the city without going through the center and joining the roads that lead to the sea.
It is away from the bustle but remains close to the center (about 2 km)
The land allows to park at least 4 cars easily.
It is not fenced but there is private access, with an automatic gate.
No regular bus line but possibility of ordering a bus on request (48 hours in advance), which passes 700 m from the house.
A short, very practical shortcut will take you to the city center in 15/20 minutes on foot. Be careful however on the return, more sporty, because there is a pretty hill to climb.
