UPTOWN ARTIST COTTAGE has three beautifully decorated bedrooms with elegant bed linens and individual closets. There are two master suites with king size luxury mattresses and one queen guest bedroom. The main house has a large master suite has sliding doors that open up to the private fenced backyard with more areas to entertain and relax. In the backyard, you will be able to relax by a fire pit, soak in a large 8-person jetted spa, or read a book by the beautiful flower garden and bird fountain. This master suite bedroom includes a large luxurious bathroom with a vintage styled claw foot tub and corrugated tin shower and large walk-in closet.

The second master suite with king size bed has its own entrance off the driveway and is separated by the laundry room area to the main house. This Victorian-Southwestern styled bedroom is perfect for privacy and solitude and has its own bathroom and corrugated tin shower. The main house guest bedroom has a queen size luxury mattress with closet and a hallway bathroom with corrugated tin shower.

An outdoor staircase in the backyard leads you to a viewing deck to see Sedona’s vistas and famous Snoopy Rock. Soft Sedona breezes, relaxing on comfortable outdoor furniture with a glass of wine or gazing up at the starry Sedona skies will make you want to stay here forever!

Great location - beautiful home!

Great location and such a beautiful home within walking distance to downtown. We visited the week before Christmas with our adult children and everyone had a great time. House was well stocked with all the basics needed. We had a small issue with the lockbox at the property the first day and the owner was very responsive and sent someone out to change the battery. I would book this rental again.

Relaxing space

The property is so unique and beautiful! Great for a girl's get away or for a family. Amazing views from the top roof top deck in a quiet neighborhood. Outside space was relaxing and peaceful.

Nice Eclectic Home in Great Location

The location of the house was just right with beautiful views and close to town. The outdoor spaces were a highlight and really nice to relax in. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It's a great place for families or a group of friends looking for a getaway. Communication was excellent and response was quick with any questions. The only thing that could be better is the noise from the heat pumps/ac but overall it was a great place to stay. We would highly recommend this home.

Amazing!

Lovely location! A block away from shops and restaurants. Amazing views, lovely patio. For me, the downside was only the stones in the shower floors, but I simply traded showers with one of my nieces, so no problem. Just a fun place to hang out with loved ones. It felt very unique, in a good way!

Great location full of charm

Excellent location, within walking distance to town! House was extremely clean and provided everything we needed. The property manager was prompt about answering our questions. We weren't sure about the separate entrance to one of the bedrooms, but it was right next to the main entrance and not a problem. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The only suggestion would be to provide additional lighting at the entrance and where you park. Although good for stargazing, it's a little too dark when entering/leaving the house. The artist's cottage is full of charm and originality and we would definitely stay here again.

Sedona getaway

Artist Cottage was the perfect place to stay in Sedona. Great location Clean and well supplied beautiful outdoor spaces with hot tub. We couldn’t have picked a better spot, we’ll definitely be back! 5 stars all around, Thank you.

Great location and SO comfy

A quick weekend trip with friends could not have been better. The house was very spacious, comfy, clean, and fully stocked with needed supplies! Loved all the separate spaces... patios, decks, hot tub!

Great Location

Nice place in a great location. Walked mostly everywhere we wanted to go. Only issue others had in our group was the size of the showers. A little on the smaller side. Only stayed 2 nights, so it really was not that big of a deal.

Perfect Sedona Stay

LOVED the character of this home. Location was great, supermarkets within minutes nearby and very easy to get to. We didn't have to worry about laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towels or any of those basic home needs because it was all there for us. Very comfortable home. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! Great location. Beautiful views. Front patio is wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks. Comfortable beds. Only issue was with the cleanliness of the jacuzzi. We opted not to get in.

Amazing Cozy House

Loved this place in every way. It was so cute cozy and welcoming, with a really rad interior style. The living room makes you want to read a book and relax. Easy walking distance to lots of things! Great house, great neighborhood, it was all wonderful.

Fantastic spot in Uptown Sedona

This was our first visit to Sedona and we loved the Uptown Artist’s Cottage. Walkable to shops/restaurants/bars/trails. Red Rocks views that exceeded our expectations. Incredibly comfortable beds, a well-appointed home with everything we needed. We made plenty of use of the upstairs outdoor seating, the hot tub, and the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

Sedona Weekend Getaway

Our travels brought us to Sedona in February. The mix of sunshine, cool temps and low crowds were perfect for us! The house was as described. It is an older structure with artistic/vintage decor. The bedroom and beddings were nice and comfortable. It’s smaller so noise could be an issue if group of mixed ages. The outdoor space was ample and the back patio offered a sunny retreat and hot tub perfect after beautiful hikes. We needed to utilize the portable heaters and air units, which may need some upgrades based on noise produced, still provided comfort. All around great for us as the location was walkable to town and surrounded by red rock views.

Getaway Oasis

This home was just what we were looking for (and more). We were on a road trip through Sedona, and wanted a warm, comfortable place to stay for a few days that had a beautiful view and was walking distance to Uptown. This home totally fit the bill. It was beautifully appointed and casual, with unique furnishings and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the morning sun and a late afternoon hot tub. And there was even a little Xmas tree for us. Everything was spic and span when arrived, and the check in and communication process was flawless. We will definitely stay here again, and highly recommend. Thank you!

1st time Sedona hikers

Very fun house, loved all the quirky fun details in the house. Old tree support post, detailed concrete columns and beams, tin moldings, tile work, etc. very close walk to the retail center, and short drive to the best hikes. Loved it.

fabulous red rock location

This property is located in the heart of Uptown Sedona, within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and offers easy access to many hiking trails. It is a true "artists cottage" that features a secluded private back yard area with hot tub and a "fort" that we enjoyed to watch the night sky. Highly recommend.
