Our short stay was truly wonderful, the property is very charming, comfortable well equipped with everything we needed and also great air conditioning, to top it all of great views and close proximity to everything. We would love to go back and for sure try to book this home again!We are very Greatful to the home owners for opening the door to so many or us travel lovers.!The Magee Family.

We rented this house for a mini-reunion with a group of old college friends, and it was the perfect spot! The location is ideal: secluded and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the bustling center of town. The house itself was clean, cozy, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate all six of us, with each person having their own bed. That said, with a group this size, some guests will need to share a bedroom, and two of the beds are located in an elevated loft overlooking the living room area. However this was ok with us! It still felt private. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet yet fun weekend getaway, whether with a group of friends or family. Just keep in mind that this isn't a party house, as quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m., which helps maintain the peaceful atmosphere.The hosts, Franz and Danielle, were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. We had a small emergency toward the end of our stay, and they responded immediately, going out of their way to assist us.If I return to Sedona, I would absolutely stay here again!

The home was clean comfortable, cozy. The surrounding area was so peaceful and quite, with outstanding scenery. Perfect home to relax and unwind. Close to shopping and dining

Exceptional in every way! Private, quiet location yet easy walk down into town. The views from the back deck were stunning. Comfortable beds and a great master shower. The artwork around the house was delightful. We loved our stay.

Best location with all the views

Had everything we needed from towels to shampoo- trail guides and omg the views !! Felt like a private cabin good for family memories!!close to shops but private

Sedona on Spring Break

Wonderful location and terrific views of the Red Rocks . I would suggest some new board games, otherwise a great experience for all.

Great place

Spent a few days at this cozy little house. Absolutely stunning view and location was great. House was comfortable for my family including a small children. Would recommend to others.

Omg we love this place! Unbelievably scenic right from the house. And serene. We watched sunrise and moonrise right out back porch every day. Night time nature sounds. Relaxing

Clean Cabin Feel

We stayed a week. Manager was very responsive. The place has a vintage, clean, rustic feel with original art throughout.

Hi Mandy! Our checkout time is 10:00am. We rely upon our cleaning teams and their schedule to get the home ready and prepared for the next guests. Having that time allows us to make sure each guest enjoys a wonderfully welcoming and clean house with all details attended to.

Felt right at home

This property had everything we were looking for - views, walking distance to Up Town, space for all 8 of us and a house in good condition. We had a great time and would rent again.
