Property borders the Green Mtn Nat'l Forest with direct access to hiking and snowshoeing on the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail from your back door. Stratton and Bromley Mountain, 12 miles. Okemo and Killington, 25 miles. Snowmobiling and cross-country skiing minutes away. Swimming, boating and fishing (and ice fishing!) at Emerald Lake State Park, less than 5 miles.
